Auf 80m² sind alle Räumlichkeiten großzügig aufgeteilt, so dass sich hier vier Personen rundum wohlfühlen können. Das freundliche Ambiente sowie der traumhafte Blick auf den Kalksee laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Umgebung bietet alles, was in einem Urlaub nicht fehlen sollte - Seen, Badestellen, Restaurants, Wälder, direkte Nahverkehrsanbindung an die Berliner Metropole sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Your sunny lakeside vacation home - come on out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Just a few seconds' walk from the Altmarkt, the 3-room apartment offers enough space to relax, cook or work. Right outside the door, on Spremberger Straße, you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants and cafes - so perfect for strolling.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich zentral in Berlin im angesagten Bergmannkiez in Berlin-Kreuzberg (X-berg), in einer Nebenstraße zur berühmten Bergmannstraße. Hier ist man ruhig untergebracht, aber mit ein paar Schritten mittendrin im Leben von Berlin und kann die Kultur, die Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und - wenn man möchte - auch das Nachtleben genießen. Auch der Victoria-Park, das riesige Tempelhofer-Feld oder Berlin-Mitte sind in der Nähe.

Dear guests, welcome to our cozy country house in the Dübener Heide not far from the beautiful Rainessancestadt Torgau. The cottage offers you quaint spaces to relax and slow down with a lot of love for detail in the style of our grandparents. The garden is also for your own use, as is the annex for storing bicycles, etc. Our central location offers you many excursion possibilities, e.g. to Torgau, Leipzig, Wittenberg, Berlin and Dresden.

Gretel's favorite spot

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. You are in the middle of nature, where the fox and rabbit say good night. Your apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.

Unique, quiet studio, great location!

The spacious (42 sqm) studio is located near Winterfeldtplatz. You can explore the lively neighbourhood or get to the highlights of Berlin by means of four different subway lines. The studio itself is quiet with windows facing the Garden, an en suite bathroom incl. washing machine, a kitchenette. The courtyard garden has a sandpit and a seating area.

I am happy to share my apartment in a prime location (center-west). Tips are included if needed. IMPORTANT!!! 90% of the time, I offer the apartment as a whole accommodation and only unlock dates when I'm not there myself. Nevertheless: Please write before booking and ask if I am there or not. So you know what to expect.
