We were on site with changing staff during the Ruhrfestspiele. Everything went smoothly and to our satisfaction. Apartment & communication great! We'll be happy to come back next time.

The host was attentive to our questions and any issues that came up were quickly dealt with. The bedrooms were in the attic space, separate from the main level kitchen and living room area. We had pleasant weather and so the temperature in the rooms remained comfortable, but in a heatwave it would be different. The apartment kitchen had the basic equipment. Coffee machine with coffee available. Quiet apartment in a quiet neighborhood with parking on site. Groceries store two minutes walk. Walk to center town would be 20-25 minutes.

Kirsten's summer house is an exceptionally beautiful and special accommodation! The lovingly & tastefully furnished house, the wonderful garden with its flowers & its chill outdoor spaces as well as the wonderful location of the accommodation in the beautiful Baumberger holiday park - with a lot of privacy - leave nothing to be desired! Everything your heart desires is available in the accommodation - you arrive and are immediately on vacation! Kirsten is a great & very attentive hostess, who you can tell is passionate about the matter and does everything to give her guests an unforgettable beautiful, carefree & relaxed stay. What a wonderful place! What an extraordinary oasis of time out! Many thanks for EVERYTHING!

Great location in the centre of Hiltrup. The host, Andy, was very welcoming. The apartment ticked all the boxes. It was very comfortable and stylish. It was very clean. I would definitely book this apartment again when my wife and I visit my Munster based family in the future.

Hil went above and beyond for me and my mother as we traveled from the United States. I would highly recommend this place. Very nicely updated and all the amenities.

Nike and her mother are very accommodating, helpful and friendly. All questions were answered promptly. The place is very quiet. The garden, which is directly behind the house, is a green gem and invites you to linger. Bedrooms are spacious. The cottage is very well suited for families. The living/dining area is spacious and modern, combined with old, which makes the whole thing very cozy. The bathroom is stylish and clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and bake. Whether salt, sugar, spices, vinegar, oil, kitchen utensils, dishwashing detergent, everything is there. Shopping Aldi, Scherlebecks farm shop (with farm bakery, café/bistro) or Heines farm shop (with farm café) are within walking distance. From the accommodation you can easily reach the surrounding cities: Recklinghausen, Oberhausen, Essen.... From here you can also easily start by bike to explore the surroundings. There is a good network of bike paths that can be used.

It was a lovely stay. The house was spacious, clean and the beds were (too) comfortable. The garden is to fall in love with. Enjoy the birds, squirrels and other animals we have seen. The only pity was the weather, but despite that, it was fantastic. We will definitely come back when the sun is shining. Marcus is particularly helpful and the communication is very friendly. We had a few nice and relaxing days in Stevern. The accommodation is super quiet and idyllic and is well equipped and maintained. We especially enjoyed the quiet outdoor area with a view of the countryside and the horse paddock. In addition, we were very nicely received by Olaf and can therefore only highly recommend the accommodation.

This was my second stay at Magdalena and Karsten’s place, and once again, everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. They’re thoughtful and reliable hosts who clearly care about their guests’ experience. I really appreciate the consistency and warm hospitality. I’m already looking forward to coming back to your place next month!

Carsten and Michaela were charming hosts. We were in the attic apartment on a very hot weekend and Carsten provided us with a 2nd fan in the evening. One was already present in the apartment. The apartment fully complies with the description. Small info for other tenants: the smaller bedroom with the 3 windows unfortunately cannot be darkened and faces east, so the sun shines directly in there in the morning. Both beds were comfortable and everyone slept well. The apartment is really cozy and we can imagine that we will come back again if the opportunity arises. Thank you very much for the nice welcome! We felt very comfortable.

Stephanie's accommodation was great, everything you need was there. Everything was very clean and tidy, communication was quick and easy. We were able to take our baby with us at no extra cost. For us, the location was optimal because it was close to the wedding venue, which is why we were in Hamm. The environment is generally rather quiet and somewhat rural. We would recommend the accommodation to everyone ☺️

Three days of vacation on the doorstep, the location is beautiful and incredibly quiet. Haven't slept that well in a long time ;)

The house looked beautiful and modern inside and all amenities were present. All shops and activities were within walking distance and with many good restaurants nearby, the location of the house was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was easy to use and also comfortable.

The apartment is very clean, beautiful location in the countryside! Unfortunately, the photovoltaic system on the roof makes an unpleasant noise in the sun, otherwise you can really switch off and enjoy the peace! Check-out at 10:00 is quite early!

Nice place to stay in a quiet residential area. The hosts are very nice. The apartment is beautifully and tastefully furnished and very clean. Everything you need. Relatively large rooms and a separate kitchen.

We were warmly received in person and the accommodation was personally presented, so that no questions remained unanswered. The accommodation is very lovingly decorated and we felt very comfortable. Nothing is missing. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Several pillows are available for a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also well equipped. The accommodation is beautifully quiet and yet very central. Just perfect for a nice stay in Dortmund. Thank you very much.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment! The place is absolutely charming, peaceful, and very comfortable — we enjoyed every moment and felt completely relaxed. It’s incredibly quiet, with no noise at all, and the neighbors were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The host was very responsive and quickly provided anything we asked for. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully organized, and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen — fully equipped and very clean. The garden is stunning, and the view is just amazing — perfect for anyone looking to unwind and disconnect. We also really appreciated the unique antique-style furniture; it gave the apartment a lovely, cozy feel. The only thing to note is that it’s a bit far from the city center if you're relying on public transport, so it’s more ideal for those with a car. Overall, there’s honestly nothing negative to say — we loved our stay and would definitely come back again!

Very nice cozy apartment with everything you need for a multi-day stay. Even coffee, tea, pesto, noodles were available. Very nice hosts. Apartment is located on a busy street, but bedroom is to the yard side and quiet.
