The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well appointed and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The not overcrowded beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800 m).

Spacious, bright and quiet 2-room apartment (48 square meters) with all comforts for a few relaxing days by the lake. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach through the private park. The large balcony (24 square meters) with a southwest-facing location has sun from noon to evening and invites you to sunbathe or have a cozy breakfast or barbecue evening. The apartment has a private parking space for the car and a lockable bicycle cellar. Swimming pool and tennis court are available for a small fee.

A forest for walking is 2 minutes walk away, Aldi, Edeka, Penny, Lidl on site. Parachute jumps available at the airport. Motorway A24 2 minutes away. 1 hour to HH, 1.3 to Berlin. Schwerin and fiber optic. Castle and castle on site. :)
