Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Welcome to Ulseröd, a small oasis with proximity to the sea and forest near Lysekil city center. Here you live comfortably with a fully tiled bathroom, small laundry room, modern kitchen with social areas and spacious sofa. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and a sleeping loft that is perfect for children and young people. Outside the cottage is a terrace with outdoor furniture. We hope you will enjoy your stay! Bed linens and towels are brought by the guest, or rented by us for SEK 100 per set.

The house is located in a quiet and scenic environment with a large plot (3600 square meters), with both lawn and rocks on the plot. It is close (500 meters) to lovely swimming, hiking trails and local attractions. The swimming area and harbor in Stockvik (500 meters) is perfect for swimming, crab fishing and relaxation. Outdoors, there is a dining table for eight people and extra furniture that can be moved and adapted depending on the time of day. You can always find a place for sun, shade and shelter.

Charmig nyrenoverad 2:a på ca 40 kvm i del av hus i Gamlestan, Norra hamnen. Här bor du med promenadavstånd till bad, restauranger och strandpromenad. Ljus och fräsch lägenhet med havsutsikt från kök och sovrum samt en liten innergård – perfekt för morgonkaffet. Lägenheten har egen ingång och ligger på ovanvåningen. Under vissa perioder bor värdar med barn på nedervåningen (v27-32, vissa helger). Vardagliga ljud kan ibland höras, men vi är måna om att din vistelse ska vara lugn och trivsam.

Attefallstuga med alla bekvämligheter och höghastighets wifi! I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

Boende med närhet till allt. Ställ bilen en vecka och njut av närheten till bageri, bad, padel, minigolf, affärer, restauranger och nöjen. Vår stuga ligger mitt i centrum med gångavstånd till allt vad staden har att erbjuda! Där är kök, allrum, wc&dusch samt ett sovrum nere. Sovloftet har tre sängar. Observera att här är ej ståhöjd för vuxna. Dock brukar det vara väldigt uppskattat av våra mindre gäster. Egen baksida med gasolgrill och utemöbler. Ta med sängkläder och handdukar.

Welcome to Orrevik Farm on lovely Bokenäset. Located in the heart of Bohuslän with pristine surroundings including lush forests, a beautiful creek, cliffs and fields that borders the sea. Within walking distance you'll have access to beautiful forest walks and hiking trails in a nature reserve called "Kalvön", a small beach and cliffs perfect for salty swims and great waters for fishing. With it's great location the other gems on the west coast are easily accessible by car.

Mysig stuga i vår trädgård i natursköna Kärlingesund - nära salta bad och lugna vatten lämpliga för paddling eller Stand Up Paddling. Nära fina vandringsleder som till exempel Kuststigen. Avslappnad miljö och ändå nära hotspots som Lysekil, Skaftö, Fiskebäckskil och Grundsund. Obs: Stugan är till uthyrning endast för två gäster utan barn.
