Next to our house is our cozy summer cottage that we rent out during the summer. It is 50 sqm, 3 rooms and kitchen with a balcony and lovely views of Gullmarn from both the terrace, kitchen and living room. The cottage has 4 beds divided into two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a family bed. WiFi is available. The living room has a TV and DVD. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Washing machine and dryer are located in the basement.

A newly built lake cottage for 4 people located right by the water's edge with your own dock, bathing ladder and boat spot for deep boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you look out towards Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Laundry ramp is 300 m from the house. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels are included. Cleaning is available.

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow our kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max number of guests is 10 p, including kids. Sorry no pets.

Nära Henån finns detta mysiga boende med både hav med en mysig strand och skog. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök och badrum med dusch. Handduk och lakan ingår Duschhanddukar och lakan ingår. Du når E6 på 15 minuter för dagsutflykter i Bohuslän. På Orust finns många fina orter att besöka och du bor ca 5 min från Henån som är känd för sin mysiga båthamn.

Ni hyr husets två övre våningsplan med tre sovrum, kök, badrum, gästtoalett och ett mysigt uterum. 2 parkeringsplatser ingår. Husdjur är välkomna! Handdukar och sängkläder ingår ej. Vi i familjen bor själva i källarplanet, helt avskilt. Vi är ofta iväg och ni ska känna att ni har främre trädgården, uteplatsen och huset för er själva
