Holiday rentals with a patio in Lytham St Annes

We had a wonderful stay! Carl was a brilliant host. My family booked both of the apartments and we were all delighted with the standard of accommodation. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend!

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

We had a lovely few days and the apartment was lovely and thank you for the welcome pack as well. Deffo come back.Could do a mirror in the bedroom and the mattress was al little uncomfortable.

First time doing air b&b , would Definatley recommend this property , everything was catered for from tea coffee milk etc to all personal products in shower etc , lovely gesture of wine and chocolates on arrival . Only slight down fall for me as a wheelchair user was getting into front door as step was a little steep but hubby managed to get me in also inside it was a narrow hall way for wheelchair , but loved our stay and would go again !! Big thanks to Clare 👏👏

Stunning and spotless accommodation! Really ideal location especially for us as wedding guests at Wyrsedale Park. Darrell was super helpful and accommodating. We only wish we were staying longer to take advantage of the gorgeous surroundings. We will definitely return for a longer stay next time!

This place is very beautiful and my family and I liked it very much. The place is very clean and tidy and everything is available in it. We will go there again soon.

Absolutely fabulous apartment. Spotless, spacious nicely decorated. Location was fantastic, only two minutes walk from the beach. Lovely little beach cafe nearby. Overall I would highly recommend this property and really can’t wait to visit again.

Perfectly located with stunning, expansive sea views and a lovely big balcony balcony to sit outside and enjoy it on. Huge windows so with the amazing views from kitchen and sitting room. I stayed here for 4 weeks with my wife and baby whilst studying and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Calm, away from all the madness of Blackpool but a short tram ride from anywhere you want to be, with lovely take aways, restaurants and bars close by. Jonathan was a lovely host and always responded quickly when help was needed. Would definitely recommend and would choose to stay here again if ever back in the area.

We were a group of eight adults staying for 3 nights in May. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. great location for a few minutes drive into Lytham with many shops and restaurants. The dining table has only 6 chairs so we had to use a couple of stools. More seating is needed please. We would definitely stay again.

Travelling from Australia, this was a great safe spot to keep our motorcycles out of eyes view on the way to the Isle Of Man TT. House was beautiful, spotlessly clean. Appreciated the fresh milk, and bread for a quick breakfast in the morning. Was surprised that we could get an Uber and had a great meal at the Fleece Inn and only cost £6 each way. Would be a great place to stay for more nights

Steve was a great host, attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The house is close to many attractions but also nestled away in a private, quiet close. Would recommend Steve’s home and love to stay again.

We've had a 2 nights stay and all that we needed was furfilled. A quiet an peacefully zone. We nedeed a big space for 9, and Sarah's property was exactly what we looked for.

Our stay at Trent House was perfect. Beautiful house, spotlessly clean & comfortable with gorgeous decor & very very comfy beds! A lovely quiet, peaceful spot with a lovely outdoor area too. A fantastic location for a weekend in Lytham with the local amenities on the doorstep. I would highly recommend it & will definitely stay there again. Jacqui’s comms were second to none & nothing was too much trouble. The only negative I can find is that I didn’t book a longer stay! We’ll definitely be back!

Great hosts. Apartment really handy for the Southport Flower Show and for going out into the town centre. No taxis required. The hosts were always contactable and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay at Julie and Andy’s flat. It was furnished and equipped to a high standard. Furthermore the location of the flat gave amazing views out to sea.. Julie and Andy were friendly and checked we were happy with accommodation. We would certainly return to the flat in the future.

Amazing apartment-recently refurbished to a high standard . really luxurious with everything you need for a great stay. Really comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms and the terrace is a great vantage point. The company was very helpful and communication great. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in peaceful surroundings. A 15 minute walk to cleveleys main centre. The beach is opposite and you can walk on the promenade to either Blackpool or Fleetwood. Paul was extremely friendly and answered any questions I had very quickly. The apartment was warm and cosy with your own parking bay. There’s a lot to see and do and all along the coast and we will no doubt be back in the future

This was my first time taking my granny away from Belfast and she couldn’t have been happier with this place: it was like a home away from home. It was absolutely spotless, comfortable and beautiful. Only a short walk from Blackpools main town centre, it’s in an excellent location. Nic was a 10/10 host, responding to all my queries and concerns. I couldn’t recommend this place more! Thank you so much - see you next year!
