Monthly Rentals in Madison Heights

Khalil has been a great host during my stay. I asked to shorten the duration of my trip which I knew very well could be denied, and he accepted my request. Prior to my arrival and during my stay, he was very responsive to any questions I had. During my stay, the lever that connects the toilet handle to the chain broke. I was honestly worried Khalil would be upset or think we were being crazy while flushing the toilet or something, but he was very understanding and apologetic. Location wise, I can’t complain one bit! There are a few parks within walking distance. My younger family members and I enjoyed going to Rosie’s park. Also, 696 and 75 are both very accessible from the house. The neighborhood itself was surprisingly peaceful, given its close proximity to schools/the main road. Neighbors kept to themselves. Overall, I believe Khalil is a wonderful host, and I would stay in his home again!

Nelly was friendly and always ready to help. The apartment was cozy, fully furnished, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. However, the shower drain wasn’t working properly. Every time we showered, the tub would fill up with water and drain very slowly. Also, the location on the map was a bit off — I had to walk around to find the exact place. Overall, I would recommend this place!

Ish was a great host and the house in Madison Heights was the perfect home base for us as we explored Detroit. It was super cozy for us to come back to and the sun room+backyard was a great setting to hang around the house as we enjoyed the start of summer. Would recommend and hope to be back!

The place is simply great, just like in the pictures, wish I could have stayed longer.
