Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Madison

This was a true gem! This condo was nestled in the perfect place... quiet, peaceful, spacious, clean and only a block from a whole street of restaurants, shops, and such friendly people. Amazing scenery! We took advantage of the close proximity to Forest Park to have a picnic and enjoyed the great food and street musicians. Highly recommend and would definitely consider staying here again.

Anna’s place was great, awesome location and so close to everything. Stayed here with our 5-yr old and 4-mo old, super easy and convenient. Definitely recommend!

I loved this place! My partner and I had so much fun checking out the instruments, records, and 1.5 bathrooms was nice! Bed was super comfortable!

Great home to stay in. Soulard area so walk score is perfect for going to get something to eat and/or drink without needing to drive or Uber. Even though the area can get a little loud due to so many things to do close by, the home was comfy enough to settle in and rest/chill peacefully after a long day. I stayed here during a travel nurse assignment in Alton, so not only good location to be around the city/city vibes, but also a short commute to my worksite. I’ll definitely be staying again.

Such an amazing location overlooking City Museum. The space is roomy and accommodates everyone nicely. The roof top views at night are some of the best downtown. Jan went above and beyond before and during our stay, could not have asked for a better, more proactive and hospitable host! Great stay!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Caitlin’s place. It is a nice, cozy and quiet spot. It was also very clean and well stocked. I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting St. Louis.

My family of 5 enjoyed a 2 night stay here with the express intention of going to 2 Cardinals games. Busch Stadium was all of 5 minutes by car— super convenient. It was our first time to St. Louis, and I’d say the Soulard area was trendy and hip but still had beautiful architecture and landscaping. Many, many walkable bars and restaurants. As far as the condo itself, it was well represented by the pictures and worked very well for our family. Two of my sons shared a queen bed in the guest bedroom and our third son slept on the futon in the living area, for which Joe provided a mattress topper. My son said it was very comfortable. The condo was very well maintained and had all the provisions for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciate the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the baths— makes packing so much easier to not bring those. Joe was super responsive, and I’d definitely stay here again.

The house was absolutely lovely! Kellie was wonderful, and very responsive. Checked out and met the cleaning who was very nice and friendly as well! 100/10 recommend The Jewel!

Such a beautiful home in a great location! My friends and I enjoyed cooking dinner in the spacious kitchen then eating in the beautiful dining room. We had everything that we needed. The home was so peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

Nice house in a sweet neighborhood. A few barking dogs, but thats what dogs do. Great pulled pork and other classics down the block at The Stellar Pig was a short walk when in need for a beer and some comfort food. This was my first time in St Louis and was pleasantly surprised at the lovely collections at the Ar Museum, the beautiful botanical garden and OMG the architectural feat of engineering and art of the Gateway Arch - MUST take the tram ride to the top; well worth the money. But back to Anthony's place: the bed was super comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. Also a great value!

Our stay was for 4 nights. We were there for my Son’s wedding, and Spring was very quick to communicate and was very kind and helpful. There was an iron, ironing board, and a steamer which came in extremely handy! The porch was a wonderful and private place to sit with a cup of coffee or just to visit with family. The appliances, kitchen utensils, pans, plates, etc were more than adequate and made it easy to store and prepare food. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with thoughtful extras. Our stay was wonderful and I highly recommend Spring and her home if you need a place in the St. Louis area!

A great place for my little family to stay within a few minutes from the zoo! It was nice to have a place close to everything we wanted to see and do but to also be tucked back out of the way at the same time. The area was very nice and the place was even better than described. Frank has a nice place nestled in a nice quiet little neighborhood. There is a park across the road that was convenient with having a kid. Will stay again next time we’re in STL.

This cabin and the surrounding area was just what we were hoping for. We live in Pennsylvania but came home to visit family as my husband grew up in Alton. We didn't want to stay at another hotel so I booked this house. We're so glad we did! It was quiet, peaceful and full of wildlife...deer, turkeys, opossum, squirrels and an orange and white cat. When we come back to visit in the future, this is where we'll stay! Thank you Pam for offering this peaceful oasis as an alternative to a busy hotel.

Clean and comfortable, with a fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are much roomier than they appear in the photos. The beds were comfortable and the shower head in the main bathroom had great water pressure. Safe neighborhood that’s a quick walk to Central West End. Gated parking around the back is a perk but the street in front is perfectly safe to park as well. Would definitely stay again.

John's place was good for our 2 nights in St. Louis. We were able to walk to a coffee shop at the corner for breakfast on our first morning there. A tornado hit the area on our 2nd day so we were not able to stay. John offered to reimburse us for the second night. Good host, good location.

Thoughtful, generous host. The space was cozy and comfortable after a busy graduation weekend. Great location—easy Uber access and walking distance to restaurants and Whole Foods. The well-equipped kitchen was a nice bonus.

Our stay was very comfortable! We had no problems checking in, the home was well-appointed and well-maintained, and we loved the location on the Loop. Very glad we stayed!

Very nice place. Close to many outstanding St. Louis City parks and eateries. Close to Walmart, Target and grocery stores. Connor right on it if you need help with directions or finding resources.

This was a great stay for our family! It was hard to see such devastation in the area from a tornado- but Libby communicated in advanced what to expect when we drove in -so that was helpful. We had issues with the air conditioner, and Libby helped us troubleshoot and things got rectified very quickly.. We had a great time and we appreciate the hospitality!! Thank you!

Lindsay was an excellent host and very easy to deal with. The studio apartment was so comfortable and in a great location. She was fast at responding to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend staying here, and I hope it’s available the next time I come back to visit.
