This place is amazing! we had a completely wonderful stay here. It has such beautiful views, was pristine, lovely comfy beds and is perfectly situated for a holiday in Shaldon. We couldn't fault it. Thank you Suki for a really lovely break.

Honestly the photos do not do this place justice its incredible what a view and the host could not have been better extremely helpful, always there at request, respectful, polite all round wonderful person even made us scones to bake and the the towels shaped in to love hearts was a really nice touch they made us feel welcome and right at home would recommend to anyone thank you sheila for a great experience will be visiting again

Amazing stay at this lovely flat right across from The beach with sea views. The home is super quiet and the tub was amazing to relax after walking around the town. Very close to delicious restaurants like Lobster Longue. The host was so responsive and gave amazing local recommendations for food. And it’s a short 10min walk from the train station if you’re traveling in by. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Another fabulous stay here. We always enjoy our time at Louise’s place. As always, extremely clean, well stocked, and lovely little personal touches and amazing views. Louise is always very helpful, lots of great recommendations. We will be back!

The Waves apartment was a well thought out, relaxing, comfortable holiday home for couples or families alike. Emma has thought of everything from sunny days to rainy days. Recommend for both short and long stays. Stoke Fleming is the perfect spot to explore Dartmouth and local villages. Blackpool Sands is a must.

Lovely modern apartment set in beautiful peaceful and restful surroundings. Very clean with all facilities. Clear instructions for check-in and general instructions. Felt very at home. Easy to find and some manageable steps to property. Nice beach and amazing views. Within walking distance or five minute drive from Looe-which was our main interest. Would happily book again. I recently had the pleasure of staying for two nights in this charming barn conversion, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The location is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The facilities were top-notch and eco-conscious, which I truly appreciated. Penny, the host, was friendly and attentive. When I encountered a minor issue upon arrival, she resolved it quickly and with genuine apologies, ensuring my stay was comfortable from the start. I highly recommend this lovely spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed!

Paul's property was very well maintained with all fittings in good working order. It seemed to have been recently refurbished very professionally. The central location and private, secure parking was a major plus - and saved some expense. The instructions we received included picrures of the items referred to - particularly finding and accessing the property. Probably one of the best airbnb's I've stayed in.

This home is amazing, and pictures do not do it justice. It is very clean and very, very comfortable, right in the heart of the sweetest Cornwall village, Cawsand Beach. The views….. takes your breath away. Seriously. The sound and smell of the ocean are healing, and to sit there and watch the natural beauty is a big part of the experience. Once you’re there, you only have to step outside the door to be on the path to all the pubs, shops and walking paths around the area. Amanda was an excellent host and we appreciated every kindness she extended to our family. This vacation in this location will be hard to beat. We left with heavy hearts as the locals embraced us with the same amazing kindness. I would recommend this experience to anyone that appreciates an excellent home in the middle of a magical part of the world—a step back in time and a chance to reset in a stunning location. Fantastic location and property, photos do not really do it justice. Would defintely return and recommend to all. Access is on very narrow lanes but being on the coastal path and having such a fabulous beach on the doorstep meant our cars could stay parked for most of the stay. Listing states BBQ is gas - it's charcoal, helpful to know if planning a food delivery

The location of the house was perfect for us in the town centre. We walked everywhere and enjoyed access to local shops and restaurants including the town market, car boot and classic car meet-up. The house was exactly as described. Light and airy. Very nicely decorated and clean. Bed was super comfy. I would’ve enjoyed lighting the wood burner if the weather hadn’t been so nice. I stayed with my partner and our dog and we had an absolutely lovely time. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again. Sandie, Johnny and Flynn

We had a lovely time away. Alison and Craig are amazing hosts, very helpful, we appreciated all the recommendations. They make sure everything is up to your standards and want you to feel at home, which we really did. This beautiful place has all the facilities you need. The view is breathtaking and the bbq is a perfect touch. We enjoyed drinks at the local pub with the view of the beach, the beach is lovely and peaceful. The food and cocktails at the local restaurant are also amazing!

Exactly what we wanted!!! Peaceful, beautiful surroundings and such an easy, delightful walk into Salcombe. Everything was perfect, Freya thank you, sunshine was also provided!!!

We loved our stay in the tiny cottage, the interior was beautiful and the shower was fab. Lovely walks along the SW Coast Path on the doorstep & close to East Portlemouth for getting the boat over to Salcombe. The local cafe & pub both do great food. Gara Rock Hotel is also worth a short drive to for a drink with a view. Sarah and Mark were so welcoming and it was lovely chatting to them; really great hosts and we’d love to return.

We had a cousin's wedding in Salcombe and it was the perfect place for our family to stay. We loved the quiet area where Poachers Pocket is located, the view of the creek from the living room and the top bedroom is special and it was a perfect short attractive walk along the edge of the creek into Salcombe with all its vibrancy and fun. We met some friendly neighbours and some of us bravely took a dip there at high tide. We will always have some really good memories of our few days there.

We stayed at The ApARTment for 4 nights and loved our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of space. The setting is beautiful, with great views from the living space of the surrounding hills, down into Dartmouth, and across to Kingswear. You could happily sit and stare at the view for hours! Simon and Theresa were brilliant hosts. Theresa was very communicative via messages and really welcoming when we arrived. Simon had some good recommendations for places to eat. Both were really friendly and relaxed when we bumped into them. All amenities are as listed and we had no problems self catering. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings are comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. Finished with an artistic touch, including some of Simon's own work, the decoration is fantastic! It was walkable to Dartmouth for those that dont mind some hills! We wouldnt hesitate to book again, and I'd recommend The ApARTment to anyone.

We would highly recommend a staying here for either a short stay or long one. Close to the harbour and you don't need a car to get around the town. The cottage is so cosy and comfortable and you have everything you need here. Rebecca is an awesome host and responded to any questions very quickly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We stayed at Diana’s place whilst visiting some friends in Frogmore. The place is immaculate, fully equipped and beautifully furnished with really comfortable beds. Attention to details and cleanliness is beyond expectations. We also really liked the extras such as coffee, tea, biscuits, etc.; we would definitely go back. The location is peaceful amidst beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal.
