Our vacation home is located on the northern shore of Lake Plauer, with direct access to the lake. Cycling and hiking routes run along the lake. The unique natural landscape is very impressive and offers beautiful views of the Plauer. The nearest town is Alt Schwerin. It is a small village and has an agricultural museum, a shopping oasis with a bakery, restaurants and a jetty for steamboat trips, which can also be easily explored by bike.

The 100 sqm house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and an open kitchen. It is about 150 m to the beach with sunbathing lawn. On the lake side, the property is bordered by the idyllic bike and shore path around Lake Plau.
