The half-timbered farm was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 5 stylish apartments. It is located in a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, the lake landscape right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the centerpiece and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, grill, play table tennis. In 800m you are at the harbor with swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rent.

The property has one living room (4x6m) with sheep sofa. From here you have a very nice view over the Lake. In the sleeping cabin there is only space for a double bed 1,40m x 2 m long). The small kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom with toilet and shower. May and mid-September can be heated with an infrared radiator. From the terrace, you can reach the jetty via two stairs. For swimming you cross the reed.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modernity and country house charm makes this a great holiday experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European importance: the Peen Valley - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: it takes about 30 minutes by car to reach the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)

The property is separated from Lake Plauer only by a low-traffic side street. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. In front of the house is a swimming meadow with seasonal gastronomy. In a few minutes you can reach two restaurants, a kiosk, the marina with motorboat rental and the ferry dock. A parking space for two vehicles is right by the house. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The house is fully renovated in February 2019.

Cottage is in Quetzin. In recent years, we've renovated it from scratch. Lake Plauer is only 100 m away. A beautiful swimming spot is 3 min away. The sleeping floor is the highlight of the house. Unfortunately, the staircase up is very steep and not necessarily suitable for small children. Sofa bed is also available.
