Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mali Losinj

Gemütliches, großzügiges Ferienhaus mitten im Ort. Große Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Es war alles so wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in eurem Haus.

Wir waren zwei Familien mit 5 Kindern Anfang Oktober da: die Stube unglaublich urig und gemütlich, tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf den kleinen sehr ruhigen Hafen und direkt darunter der eigene Anleger: wir konnten jederzeit schnorcheln,Baden, Angeln und sogar im Hafenbereich geschützt Segeln, Surfen und SUP fahren . Die Umgebung mit Marina, Kneipe, Stegen und Katzen sehr authentisch. Morgens zu Fuß kurz zum Einkaufen am Haupthafen gelaufen. Viele abwechslungsreiche Wandermöglichkeiten in toller Vegetation, Buchten mit Grotten, Geier…

George ist super lieb, die Unterkunft war super und der Ausblick wunderschön. Große Terrasse und in der Unterkunft gab es alles was man braucht. Sehr gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The living space is absolutely huge, with plenty of room to relax, unwind, and feel completely at home. The couch can easily fit nine people. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. What I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. There is no road near the apartment, so the only thing you hear at night are sheep somewhere in the distance.

Sehr schöner und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Zora ist sehr nett und flexibel und kommt einem ohne weiteres entgegen. Ausstattung und co sind auch super, nur war leider etwas Ungeziefer in dem Apartment aber nichts wildes. Ist für den Preis eine klare Empfehlung

Alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Zusammen mit unseren Kindern, der Schwiegermutter und unserem Hund hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem kleinen, hübschen Haus. Das Thema Beach sieht sich geschmackvoll durch alle Details. Das Haus ist optimal geschnitten, sehr gut ausgestattet und der Ofen hat an den Abenden für schöne Wärme gesorgt. Die Terrasse liegt windgeschützt, so dass wir selbst bei den ersten Herbststürmen noch Karten spielen konnten. Unübertroffen ist die Lage: aus dem Schlafzimmer Blick auf die Adria und mit fünf Schritten steht man in einer der kleinen Buchten der kleinen Halbinsel. Kommunikation mit Kreso lief super. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich mehrmals erkundigt, ob alles nach unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten zu siebt eine wundervoll abgeschiedene Woche in Igors Haus...der Weg mit dem Jeep ist ein Abenteuer...die Bucht ein Traum..ebenso die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terasse..in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt wir hatten immer warmes Solarwasser. Eine unvergessliche Woche!

We spent a wonderful two weeks in Veli Losinj in the Kunsil studio. Anna is an extremely friendly and warm host. The studio is very comfortable and well equipped. Anna gave us valuable tips for things to do. We were able to explore the charm of this island with its small bays, crystal clear water and well-marked hiking trails along the sea and over the mountains and hills. We would love to come back!

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane in questo appartamento, perfetto negli spazi per due persone. La casa è circondata da un meraviglioso e poetico giardino rilassante. Si trova in una zona silenziosa e poco trafficata pur essendo sulla strada principale di Kampor, la posizione è eccellente se si frequenta la spiaggia di Frikanji e Kandalora, raggiungibili a piedi attraverso la foresta o auto e bike. Per arrivare in città ci vuole un mezzo ma comunque è distante pochi minuti. La casa è nuova, ordinata pulita e organizzata bene, fornita di tutto, soprattutto la cucina. Asciugamani e lenzuola sono forniti molto igienizzati e profumati. La proprietaria è una donna squisita, gentile e solare,un piacere incontrarla e chiaccherare ogni volta. Comodo il parcheggio privato dell'abitazione. Sicuramente un luogo dove soggiornare ancora nei prossimi viaggi a Rab!! Ottimo anche il servizio offerto dall'agenzia katurbo per la prenotazione.. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti!!!

the apartment was perfect for our six-day vacation with my dog. there are sheeps wandering around, you can see both the mountains and the sea, there‘s fig trees and hiking paths everywhere. Below the apartment lives a sweet old dog who happily greeted us when we came home after beach days. We were very glad that the a/c worked really well and the kitchen was well-equipped - we made our own meals every day. We wanted to try the grill too, but in the end did not. Lana was a great host - she was very proactive and even prepared a plate of olives, cheese and hams AND a bottle of wine for our arrival. We were allowed to borrow her flippers for snorkeling and she offered to give us tips if we needed them. We loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to crickets, sheep and the occasional dog while playing cards. Thank you so much for having us!

Ivanka is very responsive. Even though there was no washing machine in the apartment, she advised where to find a public washing machine and let me use the washing machine in the neighboring apartment when such an opportunity arose. When I asked which pharmacies are open on weekends, she told me and even called them herself to find out if they had the necessary medicine. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, 10-15 minutes walk from a great beach with many restaurants. There is a private parking near the house. There is an inner courtyard with many green plants and flowers. The refrigerator is not very big. The bed is comfortable. There is a closed terrace, where it is very pleasant to dine.

Nada is very friendly and kind. She explains everything about the accommodation, gives advice, explains and answers any questions you have immediately.

We loved Anna's apartment. The location was great, close to both beaches and the town center. The apartment was also spacious, well furnished, and very clean. Anna and her father were also incredibly helpful to us with every aspect of our visit.

Ottimo alloggio in zona residenziale. L’appartamento è molto grande con un bel balcone vista mare. È situato vicino al mare e al centro del paese. Host gentile e sempre disponibile

We waren de eerste gasten in de prachtige 5 sterren villa Diagonal met een geweldig uitzicht. Zeer veel luxe in het huis aanwezig en alles is meer dan genoeg aanwezig zoals prachtig keukenservies, glazen, handdoeken etc. De bedden zijn ook echt geweldig met goede matrassen en satijnen lakens. Francesco en Edi zijn geweldige hosts en super aardig en ze reageren snel als je vragen hebt. Francesco heeft nog tips gegeven voor de omgeving zoals eiland Cres en het geweldige restaurant Peteani in Labin. Een echte aanrader. Deze tips liggen uitgeprint in een mapje in de kamer. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en zouden zeker graag terug komen! We waren er van eind mei tm begin juni en hadden geweldig mooi weer van rond de 26-28 graden

Came very early in the morning with the first boat. We were welcomed by Mrs Ðina and escorted to the Villa. It is an easy 7min walk from the dock. Villa is located in a quiet little street, 3min from the village centre. You get to the front wooden door, open it and you are welcomed by a beautifull spatious yard/garden with flowering Oleander, Kalistemon, rosemary, a big wooden table, chairs and to the joy of us men in the group - a brick barbecue. Villa itself has everything that you need, the beds are very comfortable, you've got mosquito nets which is a must have, kitchen is well equiped, we lacked nothing. Communication with Mr Ivan was spot on. Mrs Ðina is also there to help you if you need anything. The beach was 5min walking distance and perfect for children, with hip deep water for 100m and a gem of a local bar nearby. Take the kayak from the villa and go for a trip arround the island, you wont regret it. In the end we left with a smile and kids asking us to come again.

The villa was gorgeous, nice and clean. It was really easy to find and also was in a good location. Its like 5mins walk from the local beach, restaurants and shop. Tatjana, the contact was really nice, she helped us immediately whenever we needed. The villa is in a quiet little village with a really nice vibe, not crowded at all. It's a very recommended accommodation.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt auf der Insel Rab. Das Haus liegt nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt – die perfekte Lage für einen entspannten Badeurlaub. Besonders angenehm war, dass es keine direkten Nachbarn gab, sodass wir unsere Zeit völlig ungestört genießen konnten. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Absolute Empfehlung!

Vi havde en helt fantastisk uge i Natasas vidunderlige hus. Huset fremstår langt bedre en på billederne og var den perfekte ramme for vores ferie. Rab er en skøn ø, med flot natur, gode badesteder, lokal kultur og hygge. Natasa og Denis var meget imødekommende og venlige. Kommunikationen fungere over al forventning og vi fik straks svar både ved booking og spørgsmål under opholdet. De bedste anbefalinger herfra🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - vi kommer gerne tilbage.

Hatten einen wirklich sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa Flavia!

Nardi war mit Abstand der beste Gastgeber, den wir in all unseren Airbnb-Erfahrungen erlebt haben. Er war unglaublich freundlich, zuverlässig und hat sich sofort um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Als wir ihn einmal baten, ein Wespennest zu entfernen, kam er nicht nur prompt vorbei, sondern brachte uns – wie auch beim zweiten Besuch – sogar etwas zu essen mit. Eine Geste, die uns sehr berührt hat. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns auch seine Hilfsbereitschaft, als eine Familie mit ihrem Kind kurzfristig stationär ins Krankenhaus musste – selbst hier bot Nardi seine Unterstützung an. Einfach ein großartiger Gastgeber! Auch die Unterkunft selbst ist absolut empfehlenswert: sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden – und es stehen keine unnötigen Dinge herum, was besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ideal ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Ein Bilderbuch-Urlaub 😍 Wir haben hier mit der Familie wahnsinnig schöne Momente verbracht. Ich hätte mir keinen schöneren Ort vorstellen können um meinem 30. Geburtstag zu feiern. Es war traumhaft. Jeder Cent ist es dieser Aufenthalt wert. Wir kommen definitiv wieder 😍🥰🤗 Lieben Dank für Alles 🙏🏼
