Novo uređeni apartman Fausta smješten je u staroj jezgri grada svega par minuta od centra i svih pratećih sadržaja. Apartman se prostire na dvije etaže(svaka sa svojim kupatilom i klimom), u sklopu druge etaže je dopola natkrivena terasa od 30m2,povezana je sa kuhinjom i tu se može ugodno boraviti (doručak s pogledom na more ili večera s pogledom na zalazak sunca).Romantično za dvije osobe,ali isto tako praktično i funkcionalno za 4 osobe .Na terasi imate privatnost .Lokacija lako pamtljiva .

Soba s kupaonom Perla II

Novo uređena soba s kupaonom Perla II smještena je u staroj jezgri grada svega par minuta od centra i svih pratećih sadržaja. Sastoji se od natkrivene terase ispred ulaza u sobu, spavaće sobe ( bračnog kreveta ) te kupaone s tušem. Najbliža plaža je samo desetak minuta hoda od apartmana. Na terasi možete provesti ugodne i opuštajuće jutarnje i večernje trenutke uz hladno ili toplo piće. Na raspolaganju vam je hladnjak i kuhalo za vodu. U vanjskoj čajnoj kuhinji nije dozvoljena priprema hrane.

Dear guests, welcome to my newly renovated & stylish place which I designed and decorated with lots of love & care for your enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The appartement is placed in Lopar (Island Rab) very near sandy beach Mel and is surrounded with lovely nature and beautiful views on Sea & Hills. It is very unique by its configuration through 2 floors & 2 terraces and can accomodate families & friends of up to 4 persons. Wish you relaxing and memorable stay!

🧘🏽 NO PARTY VACATION (if you are coming to party, please go for another accommodation) 🙂 🏡 👉🏽 4 + 1 persons possible. 🤩 Your souterrain apartment is on the right side of the house and has its own private terrace/courtyard with a beautiful olive tree where you can hang out and enjoy the peace. The apartment is part of a new built house where only natural materials like old recycled stones and bricks were used which give it a special Mediterranean charme.

There are no other buildings or roads nearby so you can only hear the birds singing and find the peace lost in everyday life. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and an additional bed, a room with a sofa bed, bathroom, spacious kitchen and dining area connected with terrace and covered grill/barbecue, private parking.
