Holiday rentals with beach access in Malschwitz

The apartment was very nice, is also very well located. In principle, you can reach the old town in a 20-minute walk. There is a consumption across the street. But also bus and train are within minutes walking distance. The place is located in an old city villa. In which it can actually be loud, you can already hear that other people live there, which did not disturb me. Check in was easy and adapted to my arrival. Very good service. The surroundings are framed by apartment buildings, there is of course life there and especially in the evening it can get a bit noisy on the street. However, it did not bother me. Once a week, towels and bed linen are changed, very good and not always self-evident. Had a lot of Airbnb's in Dresden. Can recommend the apartment without hesitation.

Anke & Stefan have created a gem in the Old Distillery, a place where you can let your soul wander. Every corner was designed with love. We have found the peace and relaxation we were looking for inside, as well as outside in the enchanting garden, and would come back at any time.

Fantastic location and great home with easily enough space and beds for 7 people. Thanks again Mike for the communication and help with the booking. Only, only issue, is it is on the top floor so you need to walk up some stairs. But that didn't stop us. It's a really amazing flat overall.

Great accommodation in Dresden Neustadt. Communication was easy and everything worked very well. The apartment is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. We were received in a very friendly manner and received an extensive briefing. The pool was a welcome change after the excursions for our daughter. A lovely refreshment in the warm temperatures. Accommodation is really nice, spacious, comfortable and practical. Parking at the property, big garden, seating and grill at the patio, very nice. Lockable storage room for the bikes as well. Kitchen very well equipped, we did not miss anything. Close walking distance to the restaurant and big public playground next to that. Great strategic location for the bike trips around the lakes. Highly recommend it.

Leśniczówka is a perfect place for people looking for peace, quiet and contact with nature. Although the first day of a 5°C stay outside was a challenge due to the coolness of the inside, we quickly found that the spacious fireplace in the living room was efficient enough to heat the entire cottage. After it ignites, the interior becomes cozy and warm, allowing you to fully enjoy a comfortable stay. The area of Forestry is simply beautiful. The cottage is surrounded by forests that delight in its colors and serenity. Walking among the trees, you can feel away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and there is a picturesque lake nearby. The water shines in the sun, and the surrounding vegetation creates a charming landscape, perfect for long walks or silence. Staying in Leśniczówka is an unforgettable moment in the heart of nature – I recommend to anyone looking for a getaway away from civilization, surrounded by beautiful forests and on a quiet lake.

Perfect place to relax, unwind and look into the starry sky. The hosts were very open-hearted and were always ready for any questions and requests. The bungalow was equipped with everything necessary and sufficiently large for 4 people. Even a large fire bowl with plenty of wood were available to us. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

It was one of those weekends not to be forgotten! Despite the rainy weather, my friends and I had an incredible time — the house was incredibly cozy, welcoming, and literally "lived". It can be seen that the owners have put a heart into it: everything is thought out to the last detail, from the practically equipped kitchen to karaoke, which has become the main hit of the evening! Even on the terrace, everything was ready for a relaxing dinner — we were very pleased with the blankets that were prepared there. We had a very nice stay at this cottage! Everything was exactly as described – cozy, very clean and simple, but well equipped. Communication with the host was fast, friendly and always helpful. The fireplace provided cozy warmth and a particularly cozy atmosphere in the evening. Central heating would have been available on request, but we didn't need it. The problem with the shower mentioned in previous reviews seems to have been resolved in the meantime – showering worked without any problems for us, with a constantly pleasant water temperature. The small kitchen with the 2-burner stove was, as described, absolutely sufficient for simple dishes. The surroundings were very quiet - the seaside resort was not yet in operation, which contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. Overall a completely successful stay! We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the house.

A very nice holiday home. We were installers in the accommodation, but everything was to our satisfaction. For nature lovers, a lake is also within walking distance. I can only recommend it personally.

The home is exactly as described. Check-in is easy and flexible. The area is calm and relaxed. I was now here in mid-October and can very well imagine coming back in the summer.

We were six people and felt very comfortable in the newly built house. The location is super central for activities in the nearby, beautiful surroundings and the house is located in a romantic Czech village. In the house, especially in the kitchen, there is everything you need. The devices are new and of high quality. We also loved the new bathroom. Everything seemed very clean. The garden is very spacious. Only the outdoor seating is not yet designed for six people – but that certainly comes. We'd come back anytime. Thank you.

Everything was really great, especially the infusion sauna with wood stove. Cats sweet and sweet, birdsong, pure nature. The faucet in the kitchen was just very hot and cold confused and the modern oven was too complicated for me:D Super nice apartment and decor! Thanks <3

We had a lovely getaway in Kerstin's apartment. The apartment is very spacious, there were fresh eggs from the chickens. The surroundings are super quiet and the large garden invites you to linger. Overall everything worked out, so a clear recommendation :)

The apartment is modern, well equipped and you feel comfortable. Lots of large windows that can all be darkened. Everything is clean and well maintained. The communication with Rico is great because he gives all the info and describes it with pictures.

Great location within Dresden. Altstadt & Postplatz are 5 minutes walk away. Karol was incredibly helpful, responsive and accommodating of additional requests. I would highly recommend this stay.

Elisabeth and her family are very friendly and accommodating, promptly responded to our special requirements such as a fall-out protection for our youngest. Very unexpected and really really great 👍🏼 The apartment is very well maintained and clean, the equipment of the kitchen was surprisingly good. There is also a small selection of toys and children's books in the apartment. Climbing frame, stilt house, swing and trampoline in the garden are just as well maintained and have given the children a lot of joy. The location is good, it is a few minutes to the lake, only bike rental nearby is lacking 🤷🏻 We can recommend Elisabeth and her place with a clear conscience if the destination of the trip is the Lusatian lake landscape ☺️
