Less than 10 mi to downtown and Zilker, 15 mi to the airport and F1 track. 25 min to the outlet mall in San Marcos. Located 12 miles south of downtown, we are close enough to enjoy the luxuries of the city as well as the relaxation that our country setting offers. Our suite is above our garage and sits amongst the treetops of a large Live Oak. We are located on a wet creek which is frequented by deer, ducks and Great Blue Herons to name a few. Aside from the peaceful setting we offer, our suite is private and spacious.

Country Charm, Remodeled 1940's 2 bed 1 bath

This 2 bedroom 1 bath house was originally built in the 1940's in downtown Austin. We had it moved to our property a few years ago and have completely remodeled it. It sits on a 1 acre lot and now is walking distance to the new 45 toll road extension which has a hike and bike trail along side of it. This road is now complete and will make for a quicker commute into Austin. It takes approximately 20 min. to downtown Austin or 1 hour to downtown San Antonio.

Secluded Guest House in beautiful setting

Enjoy the calm and quiet surroundings during your stay. There's lots of wildlife and birds to enjoy while sitting on the porch and star gazing at night. Great hiking trails are within walking in Mary Moore Searight park. We are a short 20-minute drive to downtown and easy access to both I35 and Mopac so getting anywhere is just a short drive. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook meals or explore the many options for dining out nearby.

Located 15 minutes to Downtown and about 10 minutes to the South Congress area. Walking distance from convenience stores, cafes and restaurants. I'm happy to give recommendations to nearby restaurants :) Note: Check-in is at 4pm CST. Check-in instructions will be sent at 11am CST on check-in day. No parties allowed. No smoking anywhere on the premises, including outdoor areas. Pets are allowed, but must be added to the booking.
