Holiday rentals with a kayak in Mandal Municipality

Had an incredibly great stay here in Rasvåg! The accommodation is undisturbed, at its own height, overlooking Rasvåg and a lovely sea view. Good amenities, and nice garden. Here you can really enjoy the silence and peace, preferably just with a quiet boat ride in the background. Nature and wildlife close by, with both sheep and deer, as the nearest neighbor. Short distance to both mountains and the sea, with opportunities for fantastic great nature experiences, and other activities! pleasant local environment, and very pleasant hosts :)

Great place with plenty of space and everything we needed! The kids had a great time with animals, playground, and lavvo – like coming to another home. Homeowner was easy to contact. We are super happy and would love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay in Terje’s house. He was a great communicator and it was perfect for 2 Young families to have a long weekend away and only 20 mins drive from Dyreparken. Make sure you have bedsheets and towels with you and I am sure you will be very happy there. Great place and Great understanding host - highly recommended.

Such an amazing place and location. The house was gorgeous, and the hosts were so helpful. They even left fishing poles for my son to use, so sweet. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A fantastic nice and practical house that we have had a lot of fun. The host responded quickly to inquiries and was accommodating with our needs. Squeaky-free check-in and check-ins. Perfect for families with children as there is plenty of space with both toys and children's furniture available. We hope to come back another time!

Beautiful house and view! Our stay was very pleasant in this beautiful house, which overlooks the houses below. The large windows and the terrace allow you to admire a beautiful landscape. The house is large and very quiet, with a lovely garden and forest in the back. Heidi welcomed us very warmly, and took the time to recommend some outings and restaurants in the area. Thank you very much Heidi for your kindness and availability! Recommended without hesitation!

Jan is a great host, helpful and easy to communicate with. His place is spacious and very well prepared to host two couples or a bigger family. House has everything that is needed for the stay and it’s really cosy. What I loved the most is a view from window that is stunning. It’s also well located, close to Sørlandsbadet and Lyngdal’s centre.

If you dream of a holiday in Sørlandet, we can definitely recommend Lillesand and the house of Yngve. Large and spacious house, less than a stone's throw from the sandy beach and sea. Where we also got to try out the two kayaks that come with the house. Walking distance to the city center, and short drive to Kristiansand, Arendal, Grimstad, Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret. Should we wish for one thing, there was several garden furniture.

A Norwegian accommodation, as it is in the book! We really felt very comfortable and were sad when we had to move on. Sitting by the water in the evening and enjoying the view, starting point for various hikes or walks into the village - we were never bored. Despite the steep staircase, it is also highly recommended for families with small children: there are stair gates, a high chair and the animals in the garden are an attraction. Helen is very friendly and always helps. Thank you, happy to come back!

Catherine's house is the definition of idyll. The location is simply fantastic. Have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the countryside and watch the chirping boats: priceless! The garage space is a short walk from the house and the surroundings with the houses are like a painting. Only the bedrooms are a little tight.

We stayed for 4 nights in Renate's home in July 2024. Large and nice house with a fantastic location, and many opportunities for activating small and large. Highly recommended and will be happy to come again.

We very much enjoyed our 10 night stay with our 2 kids. Remote, relaxed, serene, but also close enough to small towns for bakeries, groceries, cafes, playgrounds etc. A family home where the hosts live, huge garden out the back with lots of kiddie activities (wasn’t in pictures) with all the homely details you get from living at someone’s house v a holiday rental. Hosts provided everything for the kids (beds, high chairs, toys) which made the stay extra relaxed. Gorgeous view panoramic from the living space with great balcony. Comfortable place to base your stay out of, whether chilling on the balcony, in the yard (which has its own gym btw), short walks to the water and nature trails or day trips by car around the area. Thanks a lot for sharing the place with us!

Hi. My family and I had a fantastic lovely trip to Kjetil's cabin. Everything was perfect. Our kids enjoy themselves and our little dogs had a really good time there. Fantastic good beds and duvet , would like the same at home. There is nothing missing. We made friends over and they were also very impressed with the place. We would so like to come back to Kjetil's cabin. Thank you Kjetil you are a good Bert. 🤩🤩

Very cozy cabin and great nature around! Also some very cute cats + dog Katja was super nice and very friendly!

There were six of us (2 adults, 4 children aged 16-4 years) over Christmas in Jan Erik's cozy house and we felt very comfortable. In summer it is certainly much nicer because you could just do little outside. But the house didn't lack anything. The only thing that could be improved is the range of the Wi-Fi.

Me and the family have had a fantastic long weekend in this great cabin in idyllic surroundings. Spacious cabin with good beds and an unbeatable view. Friendly communication with the host who responds quickly to inquiries. This is truly a gem that we can highly recommend. We would love to come back.

Plenty of space in the cabin! Several living rooms! Nice outdoor spaces! Super parking at the cabin for several cars!

It was a great relaxing holiday. We were very kindly guided to the accommodation by the landlords. The path from the parking lot to the house is a bit adventurous and not suitable for everyone, but this is communicated in detail in the landlady's preliminary information. My father, at the age of 84 and with severe lung problems, coped well with the ascent and descent with breaks and we were rewarded with a fantastic accommodation with great views of the bay and the open sea. The landlords are very nice and helpful. There was everything you need. It is exactly as described in the advertisement. A highly recommended place to stay.
