Ms.Cynthia was very responsive,and she gave very clear instructions on how to use everything in the space and also how to find the apartment as well. The space was very clean and very comfortable.

Everything was awesome ,but the bottom of the tub was dirty, and the toilet filled very slowly I lost the # and sent him an email him and asked him to call me and he didn't get back to me this time ,and I feel that should be taken care of,I fill I due some kind refund. Other than that I loved the place, everything but that was very clean .

Absolutely a gem!!!!! LOCATION!!!LOCATION!!! LOCATION!!! The Zen Den was so adorable, perfect for a couples getaway. Very well put together and the aesthetic was just fabulous. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable, relaxing, central location place. The Zen Den it is. You will not regret your stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved that we were less than 10min to everything. Especially a skip and hop away from one of our favorite, Gaido's restaurant. Definitely will book again. Great stay! Gabriel was really polite and responsive! It smelled clean and look nice! Clean pool and hot tub! Only thing I would say is the tv was kind of small but I also didn’t have my glasses so yea lol, but I would definitely stay again! Thanks again for an awesome stay!

Stayed here for a family trip and really enjoyed the home. Our granddaughters absolutely loved the pool and did not want to leave.

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Lots of space to hang out, I loved the set up. Host was very helpful and friendly. Host was also extremely generous and provided a little treat for our trip as it was our honeymoon the host made it a point to make the stay great. The host was also great with communication and gave us extra information and kept us up to date with timeline on check in. Host checked in to make sure we were having a great stay as well as being sure we knew we could reach out and let them know of anything that could be done to improve the quality of our stay. Overall very happy with our stay.

This was hands-down one of the best stays we’ve ever had as a family! My son and daughter absolutely loved it — from the private pool and mini golf to the cozy bunk beds and foosball table, they were entertained from start to finish. We followed the handbook and did everything it recommended — beach time, Galveston State Park, Waterman’s restaurant, and even ping pong tournament by the parking area. Everything was spot-on! The home is beautifully designed, super clean, and felt like a true home away from home. The views of the park from the deck were stunning, and the sunsets were magical. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive, and we appreciated all the small touches. Thank you for helping us create amazing memories. We’re already talking about coming back! Our trip to Houston couldn’t have started or ended on a better note. This home was exactly what we were looking for: clean, modern, and super comfortable. The pool was crystal clear and incredibly refreshing, and the pool made it a perfect place to unwind in the evening and hang out during the day. The layout of the home was ideal for our group. Every room was spotless, well-appointed, and felt like it had been thoughtfully prepared for guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and we appreciated the attention to detail throughout, from fresh linens to easy check-in. Fatima and John were both amazing hosts. They were professional, welcoming, and quick to respond to anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Houston. Five stars all around.

Wonderful hosts to a truly immaculate place. Jaime Lynn and Vince's condo was perfect for our 3 night get away. It was extremely clean and beautiful!! They have all the amenities that you would need and more!! It exceeded my expectations! They were perfect communicators and quick to respond! Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone!

The condo was great - I only needed one night for meeting up with family, not all places will accommodate that in peak season so I really appreciated it. Everything was exceptionally clean, the view was amazing and the property is great. I would definitely recommend for a couple or small family getaway.

Very easy to find and in a great location for those of you that want a quieter beach but still close to everything.

Terra and Darin’s place was absolutely perfect for our little girls getaway trip. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and had easy access to parking AND the beach. And it was VERY well stocked. Communication was fast and they even allowed us a little leeway on the arrival time. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a beachfront unit in the Galveston area.

The condo is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and bathroom amenities. There is also a chest on the balcony containing a variety of recreational items for the beach. And there's a full-sized washer and dryer. I'll keep this on my list when I return.
