The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.

The room is located in central Dortmund and many attractions can be reached on foot from here. I have an exceptionally beautiful quiet backyard right by my studio. The atmosphere in this garden is peaceful and animated by good spirits. To relax! In my 75 sqm studio, I can admire my extraordinary paintings with earth on canvas and various sculptures. The kitchen and my small bathroom can of course be used.

In my beautiful villa in the heart of Bensberg, there is a small room on the first floor. In addition, there is another room that can be used for relaxing, reading or drinking wine. Just five minutes to the train (line 1) and you can reach the Cologne Fair within 20 minutes. The bus to Cologne Central Station runs outside the door. But you can also explore the Bergisches Land outside the city.
