I needed a safe place for myself and my car since I was moving house and had treasured items with me. I was able to park the car on the property in front of (and below) the room. The road is pretty quiet even though there it is on a (convenient) bus route into town. The room description is accurate, so it is quite quirky. Lots of potentially handy little items tucked away neatly in the room. Easy to get around without a car: I went into town by bus (stop is 20m away) and came back on an e-scooter that I was able to park opposite. I loved the availability of bikes. I rode around the lake and into town all on cycle paths.

I have rarely felt as at home as with Bettina and her husband. Very quiet location, both are mega friendly and helpful. Both thumbs up!!! Will definitely be back.

Hello to everyone who is reading this. A quiet and very cozy apartment. Everything was clean and very cozy. Communication with the host also went well. One thing, personally, I'm used to sleeping on big beds, and it turned out to be a little small for me, but you quickly get used to it. And also, if you intend to leave early in the morning on weekends by public transport, plan it in advance. Because buses run extremely rarely. In general, I have only positive emotions. Oh, yes, I was also pleased with the presence of a minibar. Which was a great savior in hot weather. I recommend everyone to stay here ☺️

I was there for the 4th time. I am very comfortable with Anna and Bernd. The two are very appreciative, open and helpful. The apartment is very clean, large and it has everything you need. I thank you for your hospitality and for allowing me to sit in your garden all the time :-)

Like last time, we felt completely comfortable. Martina is super friendly and provides you with all the information. The apartment is well furnished, it is quietly located directly on the city garden and is still easily accessible. It's always nice to be in the old home. And in this apartment you feel like home. We felt very comfortable in Kaya's small house and also enjoyed sitting a little in the quiet garden in the evening.

We had a great stay, we liked the entire equipment very much, a lot of attention to detail, really all around cozy, so that you feel right at home. The loft was easy to find and communication with Pasquale was flawless, questions were answered super fast. We will certainly come back.

We really enjoyed the house. Everything was good.

Tiny house with everything you need. The kitchen utensils in particular were great (new and high quality). The washing machine (with integrated dryer) was great. For more than a few days, the house would be too small and not private enough for us. The location of the terrace on the (very quiet) street, without greenery and opposite the landlords, was not so attractive. It can get very warm under the roof in summer.

What a great place to stay! We felt completely comfortable. The loft or the whole house is fantastic! Incredibly creative, stylish and, above all, lovingly furnished. In my opinion, even more impressive than in the photos. 1,000 thanks! It was a great weekend. The restaurant tips were both great.

The apartment was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for the stay. Youssef responded to my messages very quickly. Everything about Youssef, the apartment and its cleanliness was very good; however, we were disturbed by the noise of the neighbors while resting. One of the neighbors heard loud calls to prayer (Adhan) and music, phoned loudly until late at night, and this noise prevented us from sleeping.

Pietra's place is beautiful, cozy and super well located. For those who like to cook, the apartment is perfect! We spent wonderful days in Dusserdorf.

The three of us stayed at Corinna's place for three days. Even before that, the communication was great and everything could be easily clarified. Corinna was super friendly and we could always turn to her. She was able to give us a few good tips for the area, but also had a folder in the apartment in which everything necessary could be found. The accommodation was very cozy, simple and timelessly furnished and we immediately felt comfortable. The city is easily accessible via a few stairs and you have everything you need. Great stay, very central and convenient location. Amazing and big terrace with many beautiful plants. Big kitchen. If you have a chance to visit Dortmund you won't regret staying here.

Me, my husband & 9 month old stayed in Ulf & Charlottes apartment and it was honestly wonderful. Beautifully presented and had everything we needed and more. All the little touches also like the baby snacks & toys was lovely. Both very responsive and informative. Always happy to help whenever. We couldn’t have picked a better apartment and better hosts. I had a really nice time with Birgit, as I have the last few times. The apartment was very conveniently located for my training and beautifully quiet in a rear building with great amenities and very well maintained and lovingly decorated. Birgit was a very likeable, friendly hostess, who was always concerned about my well-being and was easily accessible. If I have another training in Wanne-Eickel, I will be happy to come back. I felt very much at home.
