Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Stay by the sea with a private jetty

Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Welcome to our fully equipped cottage of 25 sqm + sleeping loft in a fantastic environment in the heart of nature, in a garden, 150 m/2 min from swimming (beach/cliff/jetty). The house is brightly decorated with natural materials, large windows, exit to its own balcony, fireplace for cozy moments, sleeping loft for cozy children/adults who want to be a little on their own sometimes. Move freely in our garden, where you can find your own nook to sit in, lie in a hammock and just be. Non-smoking accommodation, small dog is ok, not in bed.

The apartment is in a quiet area even during busy summer months. From the apartment you will have short distances to both swimming, ferry to Marstrandsön, shops and restaurants. On Koön, there are many scenic hiking trails. Several public parking spaces are nearby. Both the kitchen and bathroom will be renovated in 2025.

Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. Segelmakeriet is the perfect place if you are looking for a hideaway for a night, long weekend or longer. In the room there is a double bed that is made up for you. It is also possible to sleep well in the sofa bed in a separate part. You each have a bathrobe and a large comfortable bath towel for saltwater bathing as well as shower towels. There is a coffee machine and carbonated water for free access.

Farmhouse on Marstrand

Farmhouse with two rooms and a kitchen on the southern part of the island for rent. 100 meters to the swimming area and quay. Patio is available. In one bedroom there is a 120 cm wide bed. In the other, there is a 180 cm wide bed. As a guest, you bring your own sheets and towels. You also clean up after yourself and leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived. Wi-Fi is not included.
