Nice surroundings with a small forest also for jogging and walking.

Ebenso bietet sich meine Wohnung super für Geschäftsreisende an - z.B. ist der NDR nur 5 Minuten, die Messe 15 Minuten entfernt. Da die Wohnung einschließlich Küche komplett ausgestattet ist, eignet sie sich für kurze wie auch für lange Aufenthalte.

Welcome to my small attic apartment on the 2nd floor. You sleep in a cozy box-spring bed and cater to yourself in perfectly equipped kitchen. There is a bathtub in the bathroom. The shower is available for shared use at any time and is located directly opposite the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Shopping and line 6, which takes you directly to the city center, are a 10-minute walk away.

From there, you can be at the trade fair in 11 minutes and downtown in just 7 minutes.
