Holiday rentals with a patio in Matagorda

I had to find a place to stay around 11pm and this was quick and easy to book. It was much nicer than I expected and everything was clean and worked. Nice location as well. It will be first on the list if I need to stay in the area again.

Great place to stay and enjoy the local entertainment. Not a far drive from Schlitterbahn Waterpark in Galveston. Go restaurants close by. Stay came with a pool, laundry mat, basketball court, mini golf ect which was nice for the kids. Close and easy beach access made going to the beach convenient. Would definitely stay again. Host met us at the location and was helpful with information which was also nice.

Great little spot. Just perfect for a get away for my fishing trip. Clean and cozy. I will be back.

Nice apartment in a quiet street.

The perfect condo in Pointe West. Views to both the beach and the bay. Close to a beach entrance and not too close to the louder main buildings. Everything you need for little kiddos. Had a great interior design touch without needing to worry about breakables. Could not ask for more!

Mrs. Carla is a very responsible host. We had a little problem with the door and i messaged her. She responded right away and gave me instructions how to unlock the door. We still had problems since the door wanted to play trick on us and she came very quickly to open the door for us. She is also very friendly. We definitely recommend her and her place and will definitely come back.

The house was very clean and the surroundings where beautiful! It was very peaceful and the house has everything you could need. We enjoyed the ping pong table. Thank you for a great stay!

The home was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described. We felt right at home. We are in Sargent very often and Matt’s home has been by far the best we have stayed. We will definitely be booking again and making this our weekend vacation home for as long as Matt has it available

Amanda’s place was great! Our family was able to stay comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes and cookware we needed to make meals. Plenty of towels, blankets and very comfy beds. Our kids enjoyed the puzzles, TV options and especially the binoculars to watch the birds. The hot tub was a very nice touch. We enjoyed relaxing in it!

Adorable beach house in THE BEST location!! Literally a walk through the backyard and over a bridge through the dunes to the beach!! Loved that we shared this area with a few families that rented on the same row. Almost like having a private beach at times. The host was always super friendly in her communication! Will definitely consider rebooking this property if ever back in Surfside 🏖️

Great place. Right in the Gulf. Can hear the towboats passing on the ICW. Only thing i didnt do was locate the fishing stuff in the downstairs utility room . Wish i would have looked sooner. Great time and would definitely stay again.

The home was just as described. The beach was so close we could easily run back to the house if something was needed. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs and the wagon. We had a great stay.

We loved our Turtle Bay Retreat getaway! The home was very comfortable, and the host provided all the amenities for a bay front home. Unfortunately we didn't catch anything worth preparing, but we could have if we did! The outdoor grill and griddle were great for cooking our meals. We would have liked to have used the provided crab pot, but we didn't have the chance. Oh well, next time. We are already talking about going another time soon. Host was very kind and responded to my many inquiries very quickly.

We loved the place where we stayed. Beautiful views, everything we needed in the kitchen, exceptional place! If we go back to this area, we will definitely stay there. Just a short walk to beach, loved having the wagon, umbrella, chairs and boogie boards. Also the pool, restaurant and gift shop directly behind our place. We drove down the road to other pool with lazy River which kids loved and loved beautiful sunsets. No complaints about our stay, this home was very welcoming and beautiful decorated.

Such an amazing time at Pointe West in an amazing condo! My family stayed for the long Memorial Day weekend and it was a blast! We’ve stayed at PW before a few times in both a house and condo and this is by far the nicest, most well situated and clean condo we’ve stayed at. Impeccably remodeled kitchen, living and bedrooms all tastefully redone located on the coast side, second floor. $25/for older kids and adults will get you access to all the PW amenities including a main pool with bar/restaurant as well as our favorite a lazy river/pool a quick golf cart ride away. Condo is maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach. We’ve stayed in many BNB’s but this plus probably the best stocked one we’ve ever stayed at from actually sharp knives, utensils, plenty of plates and cups even Tupperware and kids dishes. Laundry and dishwasher pods, plenty of towels as well as a fully stocked beach closest complete with beach chairs, wagon, toys the whole 9 yards. We would certainly be back!

Vira was such a great host. She was very responsive with any questions that I had. The ice machine in the refrigerator did have some white powder substance coming out, so we decided to just nto use the ice. Otherwise, the home was very nice and comfortable. The proximity to the heated pool was excellent. Vira allowed us to get in early at 12pm, which was great so our 1 year old could take a nap. Check in and out instructions were very easy to follow. Weather was slightly chilly for spring break, so the ocean was pretty cold. So staying by the heated pool was so nice. Would definitely recommend staying at Vira's place!

The condo was homey and located on the bay side. We brought a golf cart so it was easy to travel to the beach club to eat and enjoy the pool. The beds were comfy and the towels were thick and absorbent. The home had many items that you don’t think of when packing, but end up needing (pens, scissors, spices, board games, aluminum foil, etc). Parking was easy and everyone had a great time.

We had our family vacation with 5 adults and two kids here and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The condo is much bigger than the pictures show and anything you need is provided. The golf cart was a fun part of the rental as there are paths that you can take to get to all the amenities. You can enjoy fishing, several pools and live music just to name a few things that we enjoyed during our stay. Any questions we had were answered immediately and instructions for the condo were provided and easy to follow. We look forward to planning another stay here.

Jennifer's condo is a hidden gem, well worth the drive to the South end of the island. It's very difficult to find an unobstructed view of the water on Galveston island without paying a hefty price or dealing with the distraction of traffic in front of you. But the unobstructed view of the bay from this patio and living/dining area is worth its weight in gold - and the rate fit nicely in my budget. We enjoyed the spectacular patio view of the water at every opportunity. The well-stocked coffee and tea bar was a nice treat with so many options we couldn't possibly try them all. Everything is beautifully appointed and well thought out from the kitchen to the game closet. The bedding is so comfortable and I love the soft colors and coastal decor that felt like we were living in a Nancy Meyers movie set. Jennifer did a great job of communicating from start to finish, proactively reaching out to ensure a smoothe check-in. I highly recommend this place and hope to return again and again.

Maria Del Mar’s is a beautiful 3 bedroom condo with great ocean views. Stylish, clean and very well equipped. Lots of thoughtful touches from the soft beddings and throws to the much appreciated welcome basket. Every single thing was thought of in this condo and we can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

Beautiful place right on the beach! Our 4 children felt right at home in the bunk beds and loved watching tv together in the cozy living room. It was such a great location and the owners were very responsive to messages. Highly recommend!
