Lovely basement studio in very nice neighborhood. Easy drive to nearby neighborhoods or downtown area. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable stay!

I truly enjoyed my stay. It was cozy, clean, and very peaceful. Being a middle unit it was a bit darker than I prefer and the internet was sluggish at times even with my wifi pak for streaming. But overall I was able to work comfortably. Everyone was very respectful of neighbors and laundry room was always clean. I would definitely recommend and will be looking to return to one of Kevin's rentals in the near future. Kevin was a great host.

The place was really nice & cozy. Way bigger than I expected it to be too which was a nice surprise. Only about a 5 minute walk to the train station & about a 40 min train ride to central Chicago! I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
