The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. It starts on the Rennsteig cycle path at Oberhof and ends in Einhausen on the Werratal cycle path. Bicycles can be borrowed from us free of charge. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. Hiking and skiing areas on the ridge of the Thuringian Forest are within easy reach.

Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

There is also a large garden, parking in front of the house and more in the immediate vicinity. But also there are bus lines which opperate in different directions as well as right into the heart of the hiking area.
