The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

It is a 10-minute walk to the sea with the well-known, 12 km long sandy beach. There are many attractions in the nearby area and various activities within a comfortable driving distance.

The apartment has its own private entrance and is located in the corner of the property. You have access to your own patio and small grassy area. The apartment is only about 400 meters from the beach and 100 meters to the bus stop, with good connections to Laholm, Båstad and the train station CLEANING & LINEN INCLUDED

Stay comfortably in this nice accommodation, completed in the spring of 2023. From the accommodation, you can see magically beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a few minutes away and is accessed via a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds and a smaller one with an 80 cm bed that can easily be pulled out to a 160 cm bed. Fully-equipped modern kitchen with light and nice dining area. The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

The accommodation is especially suitable for one person but there is the possibility of staying for two people. The area is very quiet without any significant traffic. If you want to get away from driving, there are bicycle for rent. From autumn to early summer, the space can be used as student accommodation at a very significantly reduced price.
