Within a radius of 100 meters there is a harbor, swimming, paddle & beach volleyball courts, shop, ice cream kiosk in the summer, two restaurants. 300 meters to the golf course, Eketorpsborg 6 km. For birdwatchers, there is Ottenby with the Långe Jan lighthouse 7 km.

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Welcome to your newly renovated vacation home on scenic Öland! In the quiet and idyllic Södra Bruket is Villa Sälvik, a wooden villa from 1806, one of five workers' houses at Södra Bruket's alum factory. Villa Sälvik is located right by the sea, nature reserve, golf course and Alvaret and is the perfect base for bird watching. The apartments have been renovated in the spring of 2025 and this is the first summer they are rented out. All in a high modern standard with preserved charm.
