Our apartment with garden is located in the historic center of Oberkaufungen and directly on a walking and cycling path. It is located in a half-timbered house with a view of the collegiate church and the Kaufung Forest. The tram to Kassel takes about 10 minutes. The apartment is well suited for a family of 4, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker and toaster). Pets are welcome by arrangement and cost 1x 10 euros more.

Kassel can also be reached by public transport via the train station in Guxhagen, which is 3 km away. The Mondsee, a swimming lake, is 2.5 km away.

Pretty 67 m² half-timbered house on a romantic farm in the old town center of Dörnhagen. This place is perfect for a couple with or without kids. There are many places on the shared courtyard (4 other parties live permanently on the courtyard) to unwind, read or have a meal. The cottage is bright and looks spacious for a half-timbered house. Dear potential guests, Whether in transit, for a little time out or for longer - our apartment is quickly accessible and a good place to relax in the evening - e.g. on the balcony with a view. The sofa bed in the living room is very comfortable, so you can sleep well in two rooms. In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool and good gastronomy - surrounded by a lot of forest. Our café serves breakfast weekdays from 6 AM and on weekends from 7 AM.

Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
