The Garden Rooms sit in the grounds of Downside House and holds a 4*Gold Visit England Award. Located within easy reach of Bath, Bristol and Wells. There are two bedrooms with Kingsize (or the option of twin beds in one of the rooms). TV in the sitting area and master bedroom, Wifi, Bluetooth music speaker. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. Everything you would expect to find at home! Off road parking and private garden. Travel cot on request. No pets allowed!

Henley House Annex - Rooms with a view

Large modern annex situated within the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Fabulous views front and back to the hills and across the Somerset Levels. Great base for exploring Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Wells, Priddy and much more with walking trails starting at the house. Ideal Studio for quiet work, for couples on a break, and young families. Large Bathroom, balconies, studio kitchenette, king sized bed, 2 optional large sofa beds and parking. Continental breakfast included.

Little Manor Annexe - Beautiful Rural Location

A bright and airy two bedroom annexe on the side of our family home, set down a private drive in the little village of Downhead. Wonderful views of fields to enjoy at the front and side of the home and quiet woodland behind. Wildlife and farm animals are easily spotted. The popular East Mendip Way footpath passes the bottom of the garden, offering fabulous walks. With parking outside the door, the annexe being all on one level and having a walk-in shower, it is suitable for all abilities.

Positioned on the edge of the Longleat Estate and between the historic cities of Bath, Salisbury and Wells we are a stones throw from great independent shops, pubs, galleries & award winning eateries. Ideally located to enjoy Longleat, walk the Gorge at Cheddar or take a trip to the coast.

Lovely annexe: private bathroom, entrance & garden

A gorgeous and spacious double room annexe, with en suite bathroom, private entrance through french windows and facilities for simple cooking (microwave/toaster). A portion of the front garden, with table and chair, is entirely for guests' use. The room sits at the end of a detached period cottage, once an old weaver's cottage in the 17th century, overlooking the Longleat estate and thus beautiful views. There is free off-road parking and only a few miles to Frome or Warminster.

Wells, twin bedded Poppy Garden Suite

A very warm welcome to Ashford House Wells, offering the luxury twin bedded garden suite, one of two, the other is the Rose luxury double garden suite. Light, Airy room finished to a high standard, providing excellent accommodation at amazing value. Al fresco dining available in a beautiful private garden. Situated in the heart of Wells, It really is the perfect base to explore Wells and the surrounding area, with Wells Cathedral and the Bishops Palace only a 10 minute walk away.

The Bath Bothy

Charming self-contained garden annex separate from the main house. Based in the pretty village of Claverton and only 3 miles from the historic Spa City of Bath. It is in walking distance from Bath University and American Museum. 'The Bothy', as called by the family, boasts off-street parking, it's own entrance, luxurious double bed, kitchenette, shower room, TV and mezzanine level complete with air beds for children by agreement.

Set in the heart of the historic village of Wookey Hole, a stones throw from the renowned Wookey Hole caves is "The Flour Barn", a charming 1st floor apartment located within Homestead Cottage, a Grade 2 listed period property built in 1680.
