Monthly Rentals in Mendota

I cannot say enough, good things about our short stay. We booked it because we couldn’t find a hotel last minute that fit our needs and decided to do this on our drive from Chattanooga to Washington DC. We got in pretty late and got in without an issue. The house was so comfortable and the beds were perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well stocked and functional. There were a ton of towels and washcloths in the bathroom and the bathroom was spotless. My kids really enjoyed exploring the outside in the morning as the scenery was so beautiful. We had absolutely no issues and had a perfect stay. If we are passing through again, we will definitely come back! Thank you so much!!

We were quite pleased with our stay at Vickie's Cabin in Disguise. We only had one night there on our trip, but it was well worth it. The home was very clean and well stocked. There was fresh bread and coffee, plenty of room to relax, a big yard and beautiful mountains surrounding us. I was looking forward to an evening walk and a fire, but it rained. However, we were not disappointed. We sat out on the back porch playing music and singing and listening to a whipoorwill call, which I have only heard one other time since I was a child. My wife and I wanted to spend our anniversary away from the busy life. Adam's place on Iola Farms delivered!! It was so peaceful and private. It was everything we imagined and more. The access road is a little bumpy, but if you take it slow and enjoy the scenery, you won't even notice. There were clear instructions to get from the road to the cabin. When we arrived, it was easy to access the cabin. Everything we needed was there for cooking, sleeping, bathing, or just lazing around. There was even fresh charcoal in the grill like they knew we were going to cook steaks our first night. The cell service was very spotty, but the wifi was easy to connect to and worked perfect for wifi calling. There was an information book on the kitchen table full of brochures for activities and restaurants. The Mendota Trail Swinging Bridge was within view of the highest part of the driveway. Bristol was only 35 minutes away. We highly recommend this place for a tranquil retreat and we will be back!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will definitely be back. Everything is exactly as described and Liama is a great host.
