House holiday rentals in Menorca

We felt right at home at the villa. We stayed as a multi-generational family with grandparents, aunts/uncles and toddlers. There was plenty of space to move about and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a bit cool in early October. It was fine for the grown ups but the kids preferred to just get feet wet or not get in. There were plenty of inner tubes and some other pool toys to use. The kitchen was well equipped for our light and basic cooking. We also used the outside kitchen a couple of nights to have a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as an ensuite or nearby. Every bathroom had a hair dryer as well. The villa was very well located. We enjoyed a very short walk to lunch or dinner most days. While you can walk to some things, Miriam had recommended having a hire car. This was great advice! We drove to larger food shops like the Discount Supermarket or Lidl. We also drove to Cituadella most days to explore or to nearby sites. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent séjour dans une maison très bien équipée avec belle piscine. Plage sympa à 300 m et découverte d'une crique turquoise à 1km, fantastique ! Merci Dri &Kass

We booked this villa last minute and were so impressed with how beautiful it was, clean, amazing location, beautiful pool. The team who manage the villa especially Jody were absolutely fantastic and we can’t thank them enough for making our first holiday to Menorca so special. We will definitely be back. Thank you 🤩

Myself & friends stayed for 3 nights. We’d arrived late with no shops open & very much appreciated the complimentary bottled water. Shame not many other hosts provide this low cost gift, this shows understanding & attentiveness. Daniels place is nicely decorated & well equipped with comfy beds. The area is quiet & within walking distance to small supermarket & a couple of restaurants as well as a lovely small beach with a bar.

Rosa was incredibly helpful and gave us many recommendations. Her home is warm & welcoming. We were comfortable. Our stay was wonderful. The location was peaceful & perfect for relaxing. Yet, down the way is a beautiful lighthouse with a great view of the sunset from its outdoor restaurant. Many markets and places to eat nearby. Our only disappointment is, we didn’t stay longer! We spent time going to great beaches and visiting nearby towns. Rosa’s place is a perfect getaway for R&R. We hope to return!!

We stayed at the villa for 8 nights in June. Dan was highly responsive and provided clear instructions. The Villa is as shown in the photos - well presented with a nice pool/outside dining area and well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and thoroughly recommended this villa.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maria, très accueillante et disponible. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes : calme, central au niveau de l île un peu isolé, mais tout est accessible en voiture rapidement ce qui en fait le Spot parfait. Attention, les accès sont un peu étroits, une petite ou moyenne voiture est préférable, mais il y a deux places pour se garer. L’espace est vaste, fidèle aux photos, et très propre. La piscine est un vrai plus : chaude, calme, avec des transats impeccables. Il peut faire chaud, surtout à l’étage, mais des ventilateurs sont présents au plafond dans les chambres. Et bonus : un petit chat adorable de passage qu’on espère voir choyé par les prochains locataires. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix à Minorque, idéal pour se détendre, visiter et profiter de la vue.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in diesem traumhaften Haus! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders der Pool und der schöne Außenbereich haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden, ideal für Erholung und Ausflüge auf der Insel. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Schon vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation hervorragend – alles lief reibungslos. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Philippe et Chloé sont super, très bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants, et très réactifs. je recommande cette maison un decor interieur exterieur au top,la piscine super, le paradis,nous sommes enchante de notre sejour.Merci a philippe et Chloe

l emplacement de la maison au top !!! baignade en sortant du jardin.... dans une crique magnifique, mais pas accessible aux petits enfants . plage de sable à proximité . très proche de ciutadella , ville magnifique . on a vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

David est un hôte toujours disponible et réactif pour répondre à nos questions. Son appartement est très bien situé, très bien équipé avec une terrasse et une piscine fortement apprécié. À notre arrivée des petites attentions sympathiques nous attendaient . Une place de parking est disponible avec l’appartement , le quartier est très calme . Nous reviendrons

The location of Rachel’s house was perfect and the position right on the water was incredible. We loved the patio overlooking the ocean and it was so special to walk the couple minutes to the swimming cove. We went to some other beaches on the island but in the last few days we realized there was no reason to leave the house and swimming cove. It was perfect! There are a couple small stores within walking distance and cute town of Binbecca Vell just 5 minutes walk or so. Wouldn’t want to be any closer or it would feel too close to the crowds. The house is also very close to one of the nicest restaurants on the island with an incredible roof deck—Bambu. Highly recommend. We drove all over the island and were really glad we chose Rachel’s house. Rachel was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do, where to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

La dueña muy amable nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos y nos ha dado todas las facilidades que estaban en su mano. La casa es espectacular, tal y como estaba en las fotos. Muy agradable y cómoda, daban ganas de pasar más tiempo en casa la verdad. La ubicación es muy buena y cómoda con un parking gratuito muy cerca. Sin duda repetiría es sitio u lo recomendaré a quien me pregunte.

Binibeca es un sitio bello y familiar. La casa de Anabel es perfecta tiene todas las comodidades y además tranquila , ella estuvo todo el tiempo pendiente de nosotros. Hay parking delante eso ayuda mucho y por la zona tienes todos los servicios. Repetiremos sin duda . Gracias por todo !

This was definately a fantastic place to stay,the location was second to none, although a car is a must as no amenities in local village.We were looking for a holiday away from the hussle and bussle and we were not disappointed. The locals were friendly and welcoming and it was a pleasure to feel part of a small community. The accomodation was ideal for the 2 of us and with the bar next door we were never far away from a cold beer. I would also like to give a big thanks to antonio who looked after us amazingly and went above and beyond for us.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Séraphin lors de notre arrivée. Il nous a présenté la maison et nous a indiqué tout ce qu'il y avait à découvrir dans la région (plages,restaurants,commerces). La maison est parfaite et fidèle aux photos de l'annonce. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine avec nos enfants et le petit truc en plus la table de ping pong située à l'ombre. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Excellent séjour. La maison extrêmement bien placée est propre et décorée avec goût. En bonus en avril nous avions le couché de soleil face à la mer.

An amazing stay at this beautiful villa… the views don’t disappoint! We found it so peaceful and the pool was the perfect size and temperature for us to enjoy any time of day. The area is lovely and quiet, we were a little concerned when we booked about the airplane routes, but they pass so quickly and so infrequently they didn’t disturb us at all. It’s my tenth time to the island and definitely my favourite place to stay so far. We stayed with our toddler and baby, so the size was perfect - and we were all very happy. I’d definitely recommend and come back to stay again. Jorge was also very easy and lovely to deal with.

We spent 4 weeks in this house with 7 month old baby. The house offered everything we needed for our stay - very clean, well equipped and we felt the love that went into decorating this place. Especially the garden and the terrace were great for our child to play outside and for us to enjoy our morning coffee. Big thank you especially to Claudia for organising a crib for us. In general the communication with Claudia was super easy, informative, proactive and very fast. Additionally we made use of the offer to get a cleaning fresh up, which was extremely well organised, super thorough and affordable. Thank you very much for a wonderful time. We would highly recommend staying at Casa Binimares!

Soggiorno bellissimo: la casa è molto confortevole, ma la cosa a mio avviso eccezionale è la piscina, con il mare che sembra a portata di mano. ANDREU poi è un ospite attento e premuroso: ad accoglierci una bottiglia di champagne e tutto l’occorrente per cucinare. Spero che riusciremo a tornare presto.

Le logement de Puri est conforme et bien équipé. L’emplacement est idéal pour se balader en haut de la falaise du Pont d’en Gil. Pour les restaurants et commerces prévoyez 5 minutes en voiture ou 20 minutes à pied. Très bien desservi par les bus pour Ciutadella. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Minorque sur la base des recommandations de Puri qui est très réactive à nos sollicitations.

We had a fabulous holiday with our daughter, son-in-law and our two grandsons (2yrs and 6mth Olds). The Villa catered for all our needs and the swimming pool guard for our 2 yr old was a godsend. The Villa is so beautiful with a contemporary style. The furnishings are very stylish. We really couldn’t fault anything. The location is private and quiet with everything just 5 minutes walk away. We had a fabulous dinner at Francesca’s one evening which is very nearby and would highly recommend. Jose Luis was the perfect host ensuring all our needs were met! We can’t wait to return soon!

Abbiamo soggiornato nel cottage di Maripaz sei notti durante la nostra vacanza a Minorca. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'appartamento dispone di tutti gli essenziali (pentole,piatti, lavatrice,ecc), ampio parcheggio interno, piscina, un bellissimo giardino ed è situato in una posizione molto comoda e vicinissima all'aeroporto di Mao. Infine Maripaz è una host molto gentile e disponibile. L'unica nota è che il divano letto può risultare un po' scomodo per riposate nonostante venga fornito un topper da posizionavi sopra. Nel complesso mi sento di consigliare il cottage di Maripaz anche per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Very large villa with a lovely pool. Lots of amenities, very well equipped. Lovely welcome basket on arrival too. Unfortunately the house opposite is having building works done so it was very loud all week and the road was dug up so we couldn’t leave the driveway. Overall a good location, a lovely small beach a 5 minute walk away, a shop and restaurant even closer. Or go the other way and there are plenty of restaurants 10 minutes walk away. A play park round the corner too.
