Petite maison duplex entièrement rénovée avec goût, au calme. Elle se situe à 10 minutes de la mer en voiture, à 10 minutes de Lorient et à 3 minutes de la base de Lann Bihoué (attention route de Guidel non adaptée aux piétons). Elle est à proximité des grands axes. Elle est parfaite pour 1 à 2 personnes mais peut accueillir au maximum jusqu'à 3 adultes grâce au petit canapé convertible dans le salon.
