Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Metropolitan City of Venice

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Venice! It’s just a 5-minute walk from the train station, which made arriving and getting around incredibly easy. The space was spotless, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated—every detail felt thoughtfully considered. The host went above and beyond, meeting us in person at check-in and offering excellent local tips and recommendations that made our visit even more special. They were always available for any questions and truly made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Venice!

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

Francesco’s place is a perfect gem! It was only a few minutes to walk from the train station and located in “real Venice.” The shops and eateries he recommended were clearly favorites of the locals. Don’t worry, it is just 15 minutes to walk to the top tourist destinations. At Francesco’s you are safe and comfortable away from the pickpockets and chain stores. Enjoying a cappuccino on the balcony each morning was inspiring. My family of four felt welcomed and happy. The apartment was more beautiful than promised. Communication was always clear and kind. We could tell he wanted us to enjoy Venice as much as he does. Check-in and out was easy. We were lucky to find such a sparkling gem in beautiful Venice! Thank you Francesco and staff.

We couldn't have been happier with Patricia and Marc's property and with the assistance we received from booking the listing, to advice prior to our trip, to being able to drop our luggage off early. Communication was always extremely responsive and helpful. We were greeted at the water shuttle and taken to the apartment. Everything was explained and helpful recommendations were made for places to visit, and for local restaurants. We were so happy with our choice. Fabio was a wonderful host, and his place was beautiful. It was out of the touristy areas, which was nice for some peace and quiet after a long day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Fabio’s place to anyone visiting Venice!

Monica's place was amazing and a great fit for our family of 5. The location was quite and close to all the sights. Monica was also very flexible with our check in. we had a flight delay that pushed our arrival back to the evening instead of the morning. Monica communicated with us throughout the day and made sure to meet us at the home after a long day of delays. We are so thankful and relieved to have had the home available when we arrived and would recommend her place to all families for an amazing stay in Venice.

Pamela’s Airbnb was perfect for our mother-daughter trip to Venice! The location couldn’t have been better, just steps from charming cafes, beautiful canals, and all the sights we wanted to explore. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and felt incredibly safe and welcoming. Pamela was a kind and thoughtful host, ensuring we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

If you are even thinking about Lorenzo’s place, do not hesitate! His home is so beautiful and quaint. He has everything you need. He made us feel at home and was very helpful with ideas of places to eat, grocery stores and places to see. There were three of us ladies traveling from the US and he made us feel safe and secure. He responds very quickly to messages and we had no issues at all with his place. His home is very neat and clean. We felt safe walking throughout the neighborhood. If my travels ever take me back to Venice, I will definitely stay at Lorenzo’s place! The tram and bus stops are within walking distance from his home. The airport is about 15 minutes drive away and Venice Mestre, the train station is about a 10 minutes drive away. You will not regret staying at Lorenzo’s place. I would rate him higher is they had more than 5 stars!! He is definitely a “Super” super host!!

Very nice apartment in a quiet area close to Biennale.

Our stay at Beatrice’s place was fantastic. The apartment was well-kept, cozy, and ideally located. Beatrice was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Venice was stunning, and having such a comfortable place to return to each day made the experience even better. Would absolutely recommend!

Tommy’s place exceeded my expectations, I recommend this beautiful guest house 100%, the whole house was clean, beds comfortable and upgraded, the location and support was excellent. I checked in really late because of the public transportation strike and Alessandro was understanding. Thank you so much.

Very clean and welcoming structure with all the services! In case of doubts or concerns, he was always active, too bad we were only there for one night because it was like being at home! She met us at the boat station and walked us to the apartment where she gave us instructions for our stay and recommendations of things to do and places to eat in Venice. This was by far the best Airbnb we have ever booked. The place is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, but what stood out to me was how they thought about every single detail. For example, I love to cook, and in the places we stay, most of the time, it is not the best experience. Someone just went and bought utensils without much thought. Here, you have anything you would need to cook a nice meal. This level of care was not only evident in the kitchen but also throughout the entire apartment and in the entire guest experience, from check-in to checkout. Valentina is also incredibly responsive and kind. Thank you for a great experience!

Andrea was a wonderful host. He provided great information to make arrival smooth and easy, was always responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. He even gave advice on dealing with a train strike scheduled for the day of departure. This was a great place to stay. The apartment is beautiful. It is just a few minutes walk from some of the main attractions in town and also very close to the nearest water taxi stop. But even with the prime location, it was a very quiet place to sleep.

Silvia was a wonderful host, she came to pick us up at water boat station and explained us everything, gave good recommendations… The house is in a very convenient and quiet location and with very comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms 👌… We were there for 2 days, took one day ( vaporatto ) water transport pass, went to Murano and roamed in Venice in vaporatto and on foot ( especially in the evenings ) and loved Venice… Ciao, Sachin

Silvia was the most helpful and responsive host I've ever had, and I've stayed at many Airbnb places. Her apartment was absolutely pristine - you could literally eat your dinner off the floor! - and so bright and airy. There was plenty of room, and lots of closet and storage space. The views were wonderful, and there was such a sense of spaciousness and light, which can be hard to find in Venice. AC was included and was very effective. Silvia sent us lots of recommendations for secret, untouristy spots known only to locals, which were all brilliant, and she was so quick to respond and so keen to go out of her way to help. The only tiny drawback is that there is no elevator and six flights of stairs, but it was the perfect excuse to work off that pasta! The Canareggio area of Venice is the least touristy and yet so close to everything - this really was the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend!
