Sviluppata su due piani, composta da cucina attrezzata a piano terra e camera con bagno al piano superiore. Ampio giardino con gazebo e parcheggio privato. Nelle vicinanze ristoranti, piscina all'aperto e fermata dell' autobus. Proprietario parla italiano, inglese e spagnolo e vive in loco.
