Modern furnished studio in the center of the water sports village of Grou. The studio is located in the heart of Grou. When you step out the door, you are immediately between the terraces and shops, walk another +/- 100m and you are at the Pikmeer where you will find options to rent a (sailing) boat. After a fun day in the area, relax on the sofa or outside in the sheltered and sunny south-facing garden. From the living room, you step into the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower.

Lyts Kastieltsje, a quiet cottage in an orchard

Lyts Kastieltsje is one of our 2 properties. The other is the peaceful East Punsmiert chalet. Both are a short walk from the Waddenzee, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the largest tidal area on Earth. The cottage was once part of the cooling barn for the old fruit farm. It is surrounded by over a hectare of gardens, orchards and meadow which provide a home for our three sheep, bees and many species of birds. The orchards contain plum, quince, medlar and different varieties of apple and pear trees.

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, mid-century inspired vacation studio. A lovely studio with a spacious living room, private (separate) bathroom, sleeping loft (note: narrow steep staircase) and private outdoor terrace with seating and parasol. The studio has a spacious kitchen counter with various kitchen facilities. The studio is remarkably light through the many windows. Please note: due to the narrow and steep stairs to the sleeping loft, it is not suitable for the elderly or disabled.

Hier können Sie den Trubel entfliehen und trotzdem sind Sie mit dem Auto schnell bei Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufen und Aktivitäten. Stilvolles Haus mit Wasser auf zwei Seiten mit Privaten Steg, außen Whirlpool mit Wasserblick, Sauna und Holzkamin. Unsere 2 SUPs stehen unsere Gästen zur verfügung. Strom 15kWh/ Tag inkl.

Grand Canal House in Harlingen

The house offers three bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. It’s understated elegant interiors have been published in the UK House and Garden and the Residence interior magazines. Guests get to use the grand blue room with velvet clad walls and the souterrain kitchen with wood burning stove. There is a peaceful city garden with BBQ and outdoor seating. In the winter one can enjoy cosy evenings besides the various fireplaces, long dinners in the kitchen or baths in one of the bathrooms.

Holiday home for 6 people directly on the waterfront

A wonderful holiday home directly on the river Tjonger. The ideal home from which to explore the surrounding area, the lakes and waterways. You can moore your rental boot on our jetty. Go fishing, swimming, sailing, cycling, golfing or go for walks in the countryside. Our house offers beautiful views over the river and the fields. If you need to do some work, we have a desk (height adjustable) with two monitors available in the largest bedroom. The energy label for our house is A+++.

Dike villa with infinity view

This beautiful house right on the dike can accommodate up to 6 people. The centerpiece is the spacious terrace with its breathtaking view of the IJsselmeer. Whether spending time in the sun or watching the numerous surfers, sailing boats or water birds. Everyone really gets their money's worth here. The house was furnished with a lot of love to a high standard. Appliances such as a Bora hob and a Quooker hot water tap were installed in the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you.

Guesthouse Yn'e Skuorre with playground beach

Guest house for 2 adults and 3 children because the other beds are shorter (length 1.80m). Babies are also welcome. Toys, high chairs and baby items are provided. With cozy garden square, private beach as playground, large lawn and child-friendly Labrador. Our guest house was newly built in 2018 in traditional style with oak beams, Frisian yellow stone wall and concrete floor with floor heating. Within walking distance of a forest and lake with beach and swimming jetty.

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

Our Tiny House is a cozy oasis, ideal for up to four people, such as a family or a small group of friends, who want to share a unique experience together. It combines compact charm with modern luxury. Although it is a compact space, every inch is cleverly and carefully decorated to create a cozy, warm atmosphere where you immediately feel at home. Although the space is cozy and cleverly decorated – typical of a Tiny House, it offers everything for a cozy stay.

The Church

Dining beneath historic vaults. A stay in The Church is one to remember. A stunningly spacious living room of over 100m² with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a generous kitchen, and a large sofa that comfortably seats eight. The big flat-screen TV with surround sound turns movie night into a true cinema experience. Welcome to The Curch in Workum.

As of January 1, 2026, Adults Only applies. Space, tranquility, views and a cozy apartment. We have lovingly refurbished and decorated this apartment. It is one of the two indoor apartments behind our barn, shared garden but private terrace where you can enjoy nature and the view over the fields.
