The owner speaking English, Polish and Russian will advise and help with any issue You may have, advising how to spend your time the best possible way. Elegant seaside retreat with sauna on Wolin Island

200 qm großes Ferienhaus, gebaut 2024 auf einem 1000 qm großen Grundstück. 1,3 km zu Fuß durch den Wald des Nationalparks Wollin zum Strand.  Schlafhaus: 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 WC. Wohnhaus: Großer Wohnbereich, Lehmofen, Sauna, Esstisch, Kücheninsel sowie Terrasse und Garten. Der Ort erinnert an die Ostsee, wie wir sie auf Usedom von früher kennen: Hoher Buchenwald, wenig Menschen, keine Autos in der Nähe des Strandes – und die Ostsee ohne Promenade und Spektakel.

Dom położony jest ok. 250 m od morza na skraju sosnowego lasu. Przeznaczony jest dla maksymalnie 6 osób (w tym dzieci). Jego powierzchnia to ok. 90 m2. Wewnątrz domu obowiązuje zakaz palenia. Zapraszamy gości wraz z pupilami! Psy są u nas szczęśliwe :)
