Great experience Smooth communication with hosts who are very considerate while remaining discreet. Quiet and green environment with house, jacuzzi and very well maintained garden. I recommend it for a romantic getaway.

We had a great stay with Anissa and her lovely family. They were very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to planning our evening activities. We also really enjoyed the delicious coffee! Would definitely stay again.

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

This beautiful, peaceful property is a lovely place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Paris, but still easily accessible by train. The close proximity to Disneyland Paris at around 25 minute's drive is also ideal. The house was perfectly clean and tidy and very comfortable, while the living area was even more spacious than the pictures appeared. The indoor pool area is a brilliant feature, with a large pool with a shallow and deep end, and a great hot tub, with the added bonus of a hammam as well. Throughout the stay, Julien was an absolutely amazing host, taking the time to welcome us and give us a tour of the facilities when we arrived, then staying in touch whenever needed for anything at all. He gave excellent advice when it came to getting into Paris or looking for local attractions, and left us fresh eggs from the chickens and a welcome bottle of local wine, even providing a swing and pool float for our 11 month old. A wonderful host and fantastic stay.

The accommodation is in a great commuting distance to both Disneyland and Paris. The hosts are very nice and helpful people. They allowed our family to check in early in the morning, even though the standard time is 4:00 p.m. We highly recommend this accommodation!!!

I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was beautiful, perfectly clean, and above all incredibly quiet. The host was very welcoming and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This is by far the best Airbnb I've had the opportunity to visit. The apt was incredible and Julien was a great host. He left little surprises throughout the apt for us and even left us a parting gift. The neighborhood was very family friendly and it was great for late evening walks to cool off. Apt had everything we could have possibly needed and Julien was even able to accommodate our early check in time. Highly recommend staying here is you are visiting Paris!

2 nights in this nice studio for my parents, they loved it! They were able to easily walk along the Ourcq Canal and the Gare du Vert Galant is just a stone's throw from the apartment. I made the reservation for them given the nearby amenities I knew, they were not disappointed. The studio was very clean when I arrived for check-in, I was pleasantly surprised by the calm and the setting that it offers. For a short stay or a quiet night "away" from the city, I recommend it. Very nice and tastefully furnished apartment in the not too distant suburb of Paris. It can be easily reached by train/bus if you do some research beforehand. We did not find the apartment on the ground floor right away, but after not too long, this also worked. The kitchen equipment could be supplemented by pots with handles and cutting knives. Emanuelle is very friendly and a good host. Overall a great price-performance ratio. We will be happy to come back. 👍🏽

My family and I booked this place for two nights because of its location just outside of Paris and proximity to the CDG airport. It’s in a secure, gated apartment complex and includes a parking stall, which was very convenient. We did a day trip into Paris by parking at the train station in Goussainville and taking the train in. It was an easy and affordable ride. The apartment was clean and spacious, with two good-sized bedrooms, large beds, and a big pull-out couch in the living room. It had all the amenities we needed for a short stay. We didn’t explore Le Thillay town itself, but we spent some time in nearby Goussainville for food and groceries. I would recommend this place as a good home base for visiting Paris or catching a flight. It's comfortable, convenient, and well located for short-term stays.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.
