Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Moab Valley

We loved the backyard and the location near the rodeo grounds. Peaceful & beautiful. Access to the neighborhood pool was also lovely during the few hot days we had! Thank you guys for having us.

Emy is a fantastic host, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, organized, and had everything you needed. All switches and drawers were labeled, so it really took the guesswork out of things and helped us get situated so much quicker. If we ever get the opportunity, we would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully prepared everything was. Justin went above and beyond with getting us there and in the home. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet at the end of the day. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and memorable place to stay, look no further. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality getaway experience!

The views from the front and back of the property are fantastic. Everything is great, the only minor quibble I had was the harsh smelling chemicals used to clean the kitchen floors, not very friendly to people with allergies; had to air the living room area for half a day for the smell to dissipate.

A great place for a family or friends outing. The house was very clean, well furnished, in a peaceful location with close proximity to Moab downtown and the parks. House had all the amenities with the hot tub being an added bonus. We were a family of 10 and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Joyce was very responsive, friendly and even welcomed us with a plate of homemade cookies. An additional bathroom or half bath would have helped for a big group but we managed. Definitely recommend for a family outing!

Had a wonderful stay here! Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to Ken’s Lake and town. Beds were very comfortable, AC was perfect temp, kitchen was very well stocked. Our pups loved the yard, the dog beds, sheets, bones and toys! Great home if you’re traveling with dogs. Views were lovely and we really enjoyed our time. We would come and stay again! Great stay a few blocks from downtown Moab! We went to a swimming hole 10 minutes away and we were close to both National Parks which was awesome! Something to note, the free laundry was an amazing amenity to have when traveling.

Perfect! Exactly what we needed for our short stay in Moab. Conveniently located to downtown Moab (a few minute walk) and less than 10 minutes from the Arches Park entrance. The space is so cute and welcoming. We enjoyed some wine on the rooftop after sunset one of the nights. Would definitely stay here again when we come back and love that you could rent multiple units for a larger group.

The location of this place is perfect if you’re looking to do anything in or around Moab! It’s just a 10 min drive to the heart of Main Street! We loved the ease of getting into Main Street but also having the peace of being a little more removed from town for quiet evenings. Would definitely recommend!

If you are driving and want a calmer atmosphere than found in center Moab, Chad's place is the perfect spot. It is only a short drive to Arches entrance, town center, and a bit longer to Canyonlands. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and quiet. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and appreciated the lock on the bedroom door. If you have not secured a timed entry permit, try going after 4:00 pm. There are at least 4 hours of daylight remaining in the summer, it is much cooler, and no one was manning the entrance gates to collect the fee.

Amazing. Once you get past the scary road. Make sure you have a spare tire!

Clean comfortable space that matched the listing, convenient to Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Comfortable bed! Hosts were quick and responsive to address minor issue during our stay.

Great place! Clean and relaxing. Very close to downtown, restaurants, and hiking. Perfect for two couples, grill outside made for a wonderful cookout with an amazing view.

We had a wonderful stay! The size was perfect for our group of 3 adults and each of us could enjoy the comfort and privacy of our own bedroom. We enjoyed staying at Tristan’s place! They had everything we needed, not too far from downtown Moab. They were very responsive when we had any questions. The house was clean and my kids loved all of the games they had. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

The Inn was perfect for our stay in Moab. So close to all the parks and walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a life saver after several days of long hikes. The amenities provided were much appreciated. Highly recommend!

This place is perfectly located for a trip to Moab! Walkable to downtown but quiet and feels peaceful. Pool and hot tub were a fantastic perk! The space was great, plenty of room! Would definitely stay again!

This rental was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the house is surprisingly quiet even with close townhome neighbors. There were 6 of us on this trip and it was a great fit. The upstairs jack and jill bath is a really great design with the tub and toilet each separated from each other and from the vanities. It allows everyone to get ready without as much conflict. The garage was actually big enough for two cars without using ninja skills.

We loved this place! We will definitely return when we come back to Moab. Very clean & spacious for our group of 9. Great location. The views from the unit were amazing. We loved the pool & hot tub, too!

Very nice and clean house. Quiet location. Perfect for a family to have enough space to spread out. My teenage boys were very happy and relaxed. Also had a well stocked kitchen. It was perfect to be able to cook our meals at home.

We enjoyed our stay. These seem to be pretty new homes and they are spotless. The pool was a nice to have with the kids after a long day our in the heat. Deyette was friendly and responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.
