Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Moab Valley

Super communicative host and a beautiful place close to town. Definitely recommend!

Nice place, 1st floor. Hard to find trailer parking at some places and as stated we could park our trailer and jeep along outside curb, which was right outside condo. Clean and comfortable. Good supply of kitchen items,was able to cook meals when we wanted. Definitely would recommend and stay here again

Great location, Tyler worked with me and was able to accommodate my changing schedule. Seriously seconds from everything. I only had a few hours there and one night so I couldn’t take advantage of everything there was offered, but the outdoor space was really awesome too. Very laid back atmosphere with great parking

The location was very good for our trip to Arches. the description of the rental was accurate. i did read the reviews and the description of the rental.And I do not remember seeing anything about it being up on the third floor with no elevator. Just an FYI for those of us with bad knees, and to be honest, I may have just missed it in the description. I did have difficulty getting my luggage up the stairs. The pool and hot tub were very nice and you will need to ask Chad for the gate code to get into that area. Kitchen was nicely appointed and the beds were very comfortable. A nice stay for the money and plenty of room.

We stayed in Moab for two nights only and visited local parks. We therefore had no time to use the many amenities listed - which we would have if we had had more time. The apartment felt safe, parking was plentiful, the apartment was very clean and quiet. I appreciated the new knives and spice rack in the kitchen - that was a nice friendly touch.

We had a great stay in Moab! The place has a fully stocked kitchen which came in handy when packing hiking snacks and preparing our meals. It’s 2 blocks from downtown Moab, including the grocery store, so walking distance to everything. Highly recommend but beware it is a studio so probably best for a couple.

Great place! Clean and relaxing. Very close to downtown, restaurants, and hiking. Perfect for two couples, grill outside made for a wonderful cookout with an amazing view.

Great clean place to stay!

We had an amazing stay at Todd and Erin's place! It was much better than the pictures and description. The view is absolutely outstanding. A great neighborhood with super friendly people and the community pool and hot tub were a great bonus. Can not say enough good things about this place. Thank you so much for having us!

We have stayed in close to 20 Airbnb’s and I have to say that this was the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. The place was absolutely spotless. Besides that the decor was on point and we had everything we needed and more!! Great location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands.

We had a great time in Moab staying at Bryan’s place. The place was clean, peaceful and had everything we needed. We loved the pool/hot tub, that was nice after days of exploring. The beds and the furniture were very comfortable as well. Bryan’s local recommendations were great, we checked out a few while we were in town. We also loved the use of the garage space so we could keep all of our camping gear secure while we were out exploring. Thanks Bryan! We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

From check-in to check-out Andria and her sister Dawn were very responsive to any questions/concerns and there were only a couple our group of six seasoned citizens had. The house inside was squeaky clean, neat and orderly. I wish I had a well stocked and well equipped kitchen like this house did! We mostly ate in and enjoyed the views of the La Sal mountains and the surrounding red cliffs. The hot tub was a welcome respite after taking in Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point State Park. The inside furnishings blend well with the industrial nature of the neighborhood and appear to be custom made. Bravo to Andria's home builder husband. Very cool indeed. I have already given the Slick Rock Retreat house a hugely favorable recommendation to my neighbor whose planning a Moab visit with her sons. They will not be disappointed. Thanks very much for a great overall experience! You've clearly carved out a place at the top given the previous glowing reviews.

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully prepared everything was. Justin went above and beyond with getting us there and in the home. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet at the end of the day. This place exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and memorable place to stay, look no further. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality getaway experience!

Loved staying at this house. Liked that it was a few minutes out of town, which makes it more private and peaceful, but also a quick drive to all the attractions Moab has to offer. The house was clean and well maintained, and perfect for a weekend getaway. We will be coming back.

We LOVED Lulus place! Communication was excellent. Home was clean with everything you could need, especially in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Home was very clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful. It was great to have pool access and a large garage to store our dirt bikes and equipment. Nice patio in the back yard. There were 5 of us total and there was more than enough space. Only a short 5 minute drive to downtown! We will 100% stay here again! Thanks again Lulu!!

The house was easy to find and very clean, free of clutter. Everything inside was easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was great! Comfortable furniture. Lots of space in the bedrooms. Good bathroom with good pressure. 5 of us were very comfortable. Kitchen had what was needed for a short stay. The place is close to town. Hot tub and pool were heated and very nice to use even in 30 degree weather. Would stay here again!

The condo hosted by Melissa was perfect for our guys trip of 5 for some mountain biking. With access to bikes the condo is in a good location to downtown. Melissa was a great host. She helped get our bags dropped in the garage ahead of check-in so we could go ride. We only cooked breakfast in the condo, but the kitchen seemed to everything needed for cooking more meals. We would stay here again on future trips.

The Inn was perfect for our stay in Moab. So close to all the parks and walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants. The hot tub was a life saver after several days of long hikes. The amenities provided were much appreciated. Highly recommend!

The location of this property is simply perfect! Host Dan and his co hosts are amazing! They were very responsive and Information was detailed and local recommendations were very good. Beautifully equipped! Proximity to Arches is the highlight!

This was such a wonderful place to stay! The hosts were very friendly and provided all the info I needed. Place was very clean and truly felt like a home. I only wish I would’ve stayed longer! I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Troy’s place was the perfect home base for our travels to Canyonlands Needles District, Arches, Capitol Reef, and Fisher Tower. We felt right at home, Troy was very responsive, the place was spotless and organized, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There are beautiful views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location...just far enough out of town to be peaceful, but a quick drive to all the restaurants and shops. The beds, bedding, pillows, and towels were all super soft and the added fans made for great sleep. The washer/dryer worked perfect. There's a shaded spot on one side of the pool that made for a great place to dip your legs in while reading.
