Monthly Rentals in Modbury

Everything about The Nest was perfect! Little touches like salt and pepper, spices, toiletries, beach towels and milk etc made it so easy. It is so peaceful and relaxing and sitting on the terrace watching the sunset was the best part of the day! Having two bathrooms is a real plus! The beds are very comfortable and the linen is lush! The outside space is beautifully kept and there are plenty of spaces to sit and relax. Although it is on a working farm we were never disturbed except for the occasional noisy sheep 🐑 and the plentiful bird life 🐦‍⬛🦉 I would highly recommend staying here for the peace and quiet! We found that Modbury was a great location to venture out from and the stunning coastline was not too far away. We could not think of anything that Felicity hasn’t already thought of and we would be really happy to stay again. A wonderful five days at ‘The Nest’ Thank you Felicity

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay at Ben and Lucy’s place. It was exactly as in the photos, they got an incredible amount into the space without feeling cramped. Both of us slept very well and had a lovely time. Would definitely recommend

absolutely spotless n everything wld need in the lodge ..great location n views n my son got to see the 3 beautiful horses ..Also we missing the dogs too

What a truly beautiful gem... This gorgeous place is simply perfection. My little family and I stayed here enroute to St Ives. We holiday a lot in West Cornwall, but have never explored South Devon. We'll be hurrying back. Our two night stay was so peaceful, opening our curtains each morning to the lush rolling green farm land. The little cottage pristine and beautifully furnished. We loved how spacious the bedroom was and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I'd very much recommend. Thank you for our stay Christopher 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
