Vermietet wird das gesamte Erdgeschoss mit einem Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer sowie einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem gemütlichem Wohn- und Esszimmer. Vor dem Haus kann direkt geparkt werden. Der Garten wird zwischenzeitlich gepflegt, lediglich die Mülltonnen müssten an die Straße gestellt werden (pro Woche 1-2 Tonnen). :) Es handelt sich um ein 2 Parteien Haus, bei der die obere Wohnung vermietet ist.

Ideal for nature lovers! It is not unusual to see wildlife on the lawn in the morning. The house is surrounded by old oak trees and a garden.

Wir haben ein kleines Haus mit Terrasse zu vermieten. Der idyllische Garten lädt zum Entschleunigen ein. Das Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Backofen.. Im Obergeschoss ist das Schlafzimmer. Das dritte Bett steht im Wohn-Essbereich. Der Oberlether Krug ist in 50m und bietet am Abend super Essen. Der "Hof Oberlethe" ist nur 500m entfernt. Im 2 km entfernten Wardenburg gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 100 m (Oberlethe am Brink)

The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

Our apartment is 160 m². We have a large and light-flooded living room with a large balcony and great views of nature. On cold days, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is a nice size and fully furnished. The bathroom is bright and equipped with a shower and tub. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy. We have many excursion opportunities nearby, and you can take beautiful walks or bike rides. Dogs on request.

If you want to relax, enjoy peace and quiet and wonderful views of meadows and fields, then you will not miss out here. The modern furnished apartment has a spacious living room, a cozy kitchen, a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The garden house sauna and bicycles can be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km) offers a lot of culture including a castle and theater and is just as popular for its shopping.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

It is distributed on 2 floors, on the ground floor there is living room, kitchen, bedroom 1 and bathroom 1 and access to the terrace with garden. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility. On the 1st floor there are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.
