Newly built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private boat dock. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. Located on the outskirts of an old fishing village, nestled in the rocks itself between the roaring sea and the quite canal. Its close to the ocean and in between you find a landscape typical for the region, raw, beautiful and surreal. This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Villa Hällene: Architectural house in a beautiful location

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Hjalmars Farm the Studio

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.
