Holiday rentals with a patio in Mönchengladbach

Highly recommend the place! Worked great for a family of 6 + 2 dogs. The host couple is very nice and helpful!

We felt at home at Florian & Joel's place. It was very cozy and the quiet neighborhood allowed you to enjoy the great weather on the balcony. 3 min walk is a bakery which was also very convenient for us. We look forward to staying with them again.

It's a really nice apartment. Check-in was smooth and in person. The apartment owner's brother was very nice. There were cold drinks and sweets. The sofa bed was comfortable and it was clean. The only drawback: the Wi-Fi did not work. Since we only tested this at night, we did not make any further contact. We leave early in the morning. A solution would probably have been found.

An all-round successful stay! We felt very comfortable with Hans from the beginning. Communication was straightforward and fast - all information arrived on time, and Hans was always available for questions. The accommodation was exactly as described (if not better): central, cozy and equipped with everything you need. You can tell that someone is making an effort to make guests feel welcome. We found the courtyard (great for breakfast) and the tasteful furnishings particularly beautiful. Would definitely come back and can fully recommend the place. Price-performance absolutely consistent! Great, clean apartment, flexible check-in, beautiful balcony, well-equipped kitchen and the apartment is centrally located. I was working in Viersen and felt comfortable in this great apartment from the beginning. Would book again anytime. I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience.

We loved our stay. The cottage was cozy, warm and welcoming. It all looked neat and as shown in the pictures. Supermarkets are at short distances (by car). Recommended for anyone who wants to get away from it all. We'd love to come back!

The small house with beautiful old trees (a huge cherry tree, apple tree) is an absolute gem. The location is in the countryside, in peace and quiet. The peace and quiet at night is perfect. In the vicinity, the house is surrounded by horse pastures and fields. The slightly wider area is probably the most beautiful part of the Lower Rhine, thanks to the nature reserves. Absolutely perfect for exploring by bike, directly from the holiday home. The house is very well renovated and in an absolutely new condition. It has been planned and implemented with attention to detail and in a very generous manner. The furnishings are of high quality and in good condition. This gives the house character and style.

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we had no baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It is also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

Big place with three separate bedrooms and very clean. Great bathroom and shower, kitchen has anything you need. TV is very easy to cast to when on the same WiFi. One bedroom is accessible through another, the floor downstairs is very squeaky and the lamp above the table isn't working - but those are the biggest - we could find. Really liked it!

It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

It was a wonderful stay! We really fell in love with this house. It is very cosy and nice, we had everything we needed to relax in the pesceful surrounding of nature. The host was very kind and fast in reponding, ready to help with all requsts. We did't want to leave.

The house was amazing. Was as described in the photo. Marcus was very flexible with check in and checkout timing. The supermarkets were walkable distance from the accomodation. Its located in the quiet location and very close to netherlands border. The house had everything we needed and lots of space for a family of 4. Thankyou Marcus for having us. It was a pleasure staying at your place, I would highly recommend it.

This place was absolutely perfect in every way! The house is fully equipped with everything we needed, and the air conditioning in every room was a big plus - especially during the warm days. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous welcome snacks and treats that were provided - a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. The TVs were large, modern, and great for relaxing after a long day out. Timur was an outstanding host - super responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was nice, nice rooms, very nice bathroom, and a balcony. Especially cosy a nights, and with a nice natural light during daytime. Great communication with the owner. We would stay in the apartment again.

I had a wonderful stay in Stefano ‘s apartment.The location is very good,bus station,tram station are closed to the apartment.The apartment is very quiet,I can sleep very well ，there are lots of restaurants around the apartment,and they are very good. Everything is amazing,out of my expectations ,I strongly recommend this apartment.

It was a great weekend, in a super good and well-maintained apartment. We felt very comfortable and were super satisfied. The connection to the city was great. The landlady is very friendly.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and beautifully furnished - you could tell that someone had made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!
