The independent accommodation for guests, obtained from the barn, is complete with a living room with a kitchen, a comfortable bathroom and a large and bright room with a double bed and a square and a half bed ideal for a couple, family or group of friends, up to 3/4 people. From the apartment you can enjoy an enchanting panoramic view, as well as from the large terrace where we serve the rich breakfast. Outdoor relaxation spaces are also available.

It is a hill to be experienced, 5 km from Alessandria with an intimate and welcoming cabin and a breathtaking view of the hills and the city. A space in nature, well connected to the inhabited centers and at the same time quiet and secluded. It is an experience to be at peace, but also for excursions in nearby Monferrato, for those who love trekking, mountain biking, horseback riding or swimming in the pool (nearby facilities).

Welcome to our late 19th century farmhouse “Basin d’Amor” where you can share your passion for this splendid land, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our house is located 10 minutes from the center of Asti, 30 minutes from Alba, Roero and Langhe, 30 minutes from Turin, 40 minutes from Barolo. You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. Relax and recharge in this oasis of quiet in the heart of Monferrato.

Upon arrival, after driving along a mountain road, you will find yourself surrounded by nature. Please note that in the last kilometer, the roadway narrows twice due to work in progress. The house has 3 bedrooms: a living area with a comfortable sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is on the ground floor next to the games room with: billiards, ping pong, darts. In the private garden, you will find the hot tub with whirlpool (extra service by reservation), the BBQ, and everything for relaxation.

All’esterno ti aspettano la piscina con acqua salata e angoli immersi nel verde, perfetti per colazioni lente o aperitivi al tramonto. Bricco Aivè è un piccolo rifugio tra i vigneti, ideale per staccare e ritrovare la calma.

We are within 10mins of Govone Castle and 20-25 mins from the larger towns of Asti and Alba, where the famous international truffle fair is held. Many beautiful small towns to visit including Barolo and Barbaresco.

The sea (500 meters) Recco (1200 m.) and Portofino National Park (3 km) can be reached not only by car, but also on foot with scenic walks; Genoa-Nervi is 12 km away (SS1 Aurelia)

We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.

“La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact. This small but cozy house, fully accessible, with attention to the smallest details to lull you in the mountain charm, consists of a single room that houses a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom and overlooks the outdoor area equipped as a solarium.
