Welcome to our late 19th century farmhouse “Basin d’Amor” where you can share your passion for this splendid land, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Our house is located 10 minutes from the center of Asti, 30 minutes from Alba, Roero and Langhe, 30 minutes from Turin, 40 minutes from Barolo. You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. Relax and recharge in this oasis of quiet in the heart of Monferrato.

Relax with the whole family in this quiet little house overlooking the green hills of the Unesco heritage Monferrato and for the clearest days, fantastic views of Monviso and the Alpine arc. Strategic location to reach Alba, Asti, Aqui Terme, Nice Monferrato and Canelli. For a relaxing stay we are located a few minutes from the thermal baths of Agliano Terme. You can walk to the main services offered by the country, groceries, bars, restaurants, Poste Italiane and pharmacy.

Our house is located in the middle of the medieval village of Tagliolo Monferrato, surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The Ligurian Riviera is 30 minutes away by car. Barolo & Langhe is famous for wine lovers. It takes about 50 minutes by car to get to the old harbour of Genoa (Genova). Every morning you can have breakfast at a local bar and get a true Italian feel with a cappu and croissant. (20m from the building) Free parking on the street or nearby parking lot.

Suitable for those who want to explore the Roero, Langhe & Monferrato hills, enjoy being in nature, walking or cycling. We are within 10mins of Govone Castle and 20-25 mins from the larger towns of Asti and Alba, where the famous international truffle fair is held. Many beautiful small towns to visit including Barolo and Barbaresco.

Villa Madonna is a property built in the late 19th century. Its name comes from the fresco you'll see above the front door. Here you will be surrounded by nature, surrounded by peace. You can listen to the sound of cicadas or birds, watch the sun rise from behind the mountain at dawn or relax and watch the stars. You will not hear voices of neighbors, noise of cars, you can enjoy the relaxation of the countryside, while remaining close to the sea and wonderful hiking.
