It is ideally suited for singles or couples, for a short vacation or people who need the proximity to the UKSH. A baby crib and highchair are provided. Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse in Holtenau. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

In the middle of the neighborhood

Die Wohnung wurde 2025 komplett renoviert. Man erreicht sie durch einen eigenen Eingang im grünen Hinterhof des Hauses. In 13 Minuten ist man fußläufig an der Kiellinie und in 5 Minuten im Zentrum der belebten Holtenauer Straße. Parken rundum das Haus ist meist problemlos. Ansonsten gibt es auf der Holtenauer Straße fußläufig entfernt ein Parkhaus. Bäckereien, Restaurants, Bars, Supermärkte, Apotheken, Drogerien in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mittendrin, tatsächlich.

Our stylishly renovated apartment in a great location offers many opportunities to relax. If you want to jump into the sea quickly in the morning, a nice walk in about 10 minutes will take you to the nearby swimming area. Afterwards, you can have breakfast on the large terrace, with the sound of birds and enjoy your coffee. In the evening we recommend the beach promenade of Heikendorf for dining or strolling. Small but nice. Central

The apartment is a total of around 40 sqm. It offers a maximum of 4 people sleeping, with 3-4 people serving the couch in the living area as a bed. The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is an elevator. In the area you will find a bakery on the nearest street corner, an organic market and various shopping and bars, cafes and restaurants. The bus connection is very good. We will prepare your beds individually for you and provide towels.

We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiels. The quiet apartment building is located in a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We try to keep the apartment beautiful and modern all the time. Fully equipped kitchen, internet and TV are available! There is a washing machine in the basement.
