Holiday rentals with a patio in Monroe Lake

We had just a 1 night get with 3 friends and we loved. The apartment is so welcoming and beautiful!!! Everything was very clean and up to par. We loved having the deck to sit on in the evening and talk. It was so nice to be in walking distance of the restaurants and bars downtown. We would definitely come back !!!

Had a lovely stay, Erin went all out to make us comfortable. Would highly recommend the place for a peaceful quute stay.

We had a great stay at Tandhy & Teresia’s Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. Everything matched what we expected and more. The hosts were phenomenal—friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever we had a question. Their communication was timely and helpful, which made our stay smooth from start to finish. My wife and I completely enjoyed our weekend stay in the space! Zero complaints. The loft is PERFECT for two on a getaway! Like Nashville, it has everything you need, but still small and full of character. We loved the location, situated centrally in town, and within walking distance of all Nashville has to offer. The reserved parking space dedicated to the rental is a great perk. Having good coffee and great breakfast just downstairs without having to leave is the traveler’s dream come true. If we make a return trip, we will without a doubt book the property again.

Mikala was very accommodating, quick to respond and very helpful. We were in Bloomington to visit family and she was very kind to let us have family over for dinner and the kids for an overnight! She helped make our visit in Bloomington very special!

Brooke was a very responsive and helpful host! She checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything, and the place was just as described. Off street parking was a plus, and it was close to everything/walkable for our weekend. Highly recommend!

Rachel’s place was just as described. Rachel was so responsive to questions, it was a pleasure. This was a perfect place to be for my granddaughter’s graduation. And Rachel proved fresh eggs from her chickens which were delicious. I would recommend this place highly.

So friendly and helpful even when we had a family emergency. The location is gorgeous!

Comfortable spacious home right on the regional airport property. Home was exactly as described on listing. It was unique, enjoyable, and close to shops & restaurants. About 15 mins from IU, but we didn’t need to be near the campus. The house was plenty big for us to spread out and enjoy the big TV. The pots and pans in the kitchen were very handy, but when shopping, be sure to buy basics like cooking oil, salt/pepper, & coffee. A dishwasher would’ve been handy, but to avoid washing, we just brought paper plates and cups. We eat a lot! The shower water had great water pressure and got comfortably hot. Lots of towels and linens too. We appreciated the blackout blinds in the bedrooms as it got quite sunny early in the mornings. Beds were comfy too I like a little reading lamp at my bedside, but there was only one lamp like that in the sitting room. I took it with me to the bedroom every night just so I can read & turn it off easily. Kristine was responsive & helpful. Great stay!

Very nice home away from home. Very welcoming. Smelled nice and very clean. The appliances were very nice. We loved Joe’s place. The outside was very calming with the hot tub area very private. The patio propane fire pit was very useful as the temperature was under 60 every day of our stay. Our Golden Doodle loved the huge backyard.

We were so impressed with everything at Alex’s place. We totally appreciated the snack layout especially - LOL. There was plenty of space for us all. We totally enjoyed the access to the B-line. The decor was amazing, especially as IU grads of the early 90’s. The porch was a great hang. We played cornhole in the back yard. We would definitely stay there again!

Chad was very proactive and responsive to any questions we had. Great home, great amenities, would stay here again!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this beautiful place. Just the peace and quiet we needed. They had everything we could need or want. Such a wonderful, generous host. Best bed ever! They get everything right!

Angie’s house is very beautifully and artistically decorated. She has put a lot of thought into the details that make you feel welcome and comfortable. The house is very clean and all the cupboards are clearly labeled for easy access. There is a beautiful patio in the back to enjoy the scenery. Angie is very accommodating and welcoming. We had a great time.

The location is excellent. We had a small issue with the lockbox—would recommend updating it to a more modern option. The ping pong table and bidet were great touches that added to our stay. The bed was a bit squeaky and not the most comfortable. Also, the basement was chilly. If you tend to get cold and are visiting during cooler months, definitely pack warm clothes since there’s no separate thermostat downstairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place. It was very clean, organized, cozy, and nicely decorated. The view off the screened porch is beautiful-especially in the fall. Kathy was responsive and flexible. We were visiting for an IU football game weekend so we didn’t get to spend as much time relaxing and enjoying it as we would have liked. Will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

This place was nice and super clean. It felt like a home .I recently had the pleasure of staying and I am thoroughly impressed. The property is well-maintained, offering modern amenities, a clean and comfortable living space, and excellent security measures. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone seeking a quality .

Great place to stay if you’re enjoying lake Monroe, visiting Bloomington, or going to campus. Quiet and right off the golf course. Will not hesitate to stay again if I’m back in the area!

Loved my peaceful, relaxing stay at Leila’s treetop hideaway! From the quiet of the day to the visits from deer at dusk to the bright twinkle of stars at night, the comfort of the updated rooms welcomed and soothed my soul. There are also lots of opportunities for exploring, hiking, and enjoying the lake close by. Even with extreme heat outside, I was comfortable inside with the AC units and ceiling fans. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Perfectly outfitted, it felt like it was tailored just for me while my son attended a nearby camp. The nearby restaurant was a lifesaver, making meals effortless, and the space was a true gift for resting and relaxing after busy days. Bonus: the TVs were so easy to figure out, adding to the seamless comfort and enough coffee to get me through the weekend. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location for a weekend in Bloomington. Condo was clean and perfect for our family. The hosts were accommodating and very responsive during our stay. We wish we knew about this place sooner. Would book again.
