You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Das Haus ist vor über 220 Jahren als Tuchmanufaktur und Kontorhaus, einem sogenannten Weberwinkel, erbaut worden und steht unter Denkmalschutz. Die aufwendige Sanierung erfolgte unter Verwendung ursprünglicher, ökologischer Materialien wie Lehm und Eichenholz mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die alte Bausubstanz wurde dabei erhalten und eine moderne Wohlfühlatmosphäre geschaffen.

By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
