2020/21 haben wir das alte Bauernhaus meiner Großeltern mit viel Herzblut und Liebe zum Detail vollständig saniert und die untere Etage zu einer großen Ferienunterkunft umgebaut. In unserem alten Bruchsteinhaus in Monschau-Höfen finden nun bis zu vier Naturliebhaber, Wanderfreunde oder Erholungsurlauber ihren Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Die Unterkunft ist nur bedingt für Kinder unter 1 Jahr geeignet. Hierzu bitte ich um Vorabanfrage. Parken kann man direkt vor der Haustüre auf dem großen Hof.

Kornelius I - a nice apartment with garden

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Eifel Chalet with fantastic views

The chalet with a unique panoramic view from each floor is located directly on the edge of the forest and field in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel, near Lake Kronenburg. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

On the 1st floor there is the living and dining room, the bathroom, the bedroom for two people and on request with a baby bed. On the gallery is our sofa bed for two more people. Hikers and cyclists are only 300 meters from the Venn, Ravel and Velo cycle paths. In the surrounding area is the Eifelsteig, Rursee, Monschau Old Town and Vogelsang Castle.

Our beautiful 140 square meter holiday home is located in the picturesque Eifelort of Höfen, not far from Monschau. The house includes, in addition to a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with open fireplace and pellet stove, three tastefully furnished bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with shower and bathtub. The house is rounded out by its spacious terrace with lounge and dining area and the large garden.
