Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Montclair

The unit is as described and as you see in the photos, beautiful designs, Great location, close to stores, 10 mins to MetLife for concerts. Very spacious unit, towels, sheets provided, a/c in every bedroom etc. Kitchen had everything you'd need to cook a meal, although we only stayed overnight for a concert and ordered take-out. TV's in every bedroom including the living room! That was a Plus! Comfy beds (one of the bedrooms with the queen sized bed is a step up). Host allowed us to park in the back of the house, so no need to find parking, it's a really tight fit, but permission is needed before parking there. Host was excellent at communicating, readily available and so very gracious! I would stay again!

Cody's place exceeded our expectations and was just right for our family. We didn't have a hard time choosing our Airbnb because everything about the listing stood out. Cody has also been very kind and responsive throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property! The pool was amazing, water features on the property really gave it an amazingly peaceful feeling. House was comfortable, with newer bathrooms and a wonderful kitchen. Highly recommend Jake, and this property!

This home is located in a great spot. It’s a quick drive to all the places we wanted to go- NYC, shopping at Costco, Total Wine, Target, and all the great restaurants nearby. Also, the many rooms and bathrooms were such a big convenience for our group of 9! Finally, this home’s gas stove and large fridge was perfect to accommodate our random dinners at home. Fyi: there are large wine glasses perfect for pinot and/or cab wine enjoyment along with wine openers, not to mention nice knives and cookware!

The view of the lake, and the large covered porch were fantastic! Even on a rainy day we all enjoyed hanging out. The place was clean and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. As other reviewers have mentioned, the many steep stairs to access the house are definitely a consideration before renting. They would be a real challenge if you had mobility issues. You have to unload/load your car at street level and use the stairs. But a lovely house for a large group!

Rich and Kim’s listing was perfect. The home was immaculate and looked brand new. We felt right at home. The host was very responsive. Our family enjoyed the game tables and even the record player and Jazz records were a very nice touch. We had our two year old with us and we appreciated the amenities for our 2 year old. out time was 10am, so just keep that in mind if you have a later flight.

Such a cute spot to stay while town for a few days. As noted in the listing, parking can be a bit of a challenge but that’s city life for you. We’re (former) locals so the neighborhood was very familiar, safe and quiet. The apartment was great, very cozy, and Brooke was fantastic at communication, very responsive and helpful. Overall I would recommend and would stay here again.

Self-check-in with code received via the app, so unfortunately I never met Dina. Unit was absolutely immaculate, with plenty of clean towels and linens, coffee, tea, and video games! There were also several TV networks/apps available. In addition, there is a nice walking trail in the nearby park, only two doors down at the dead-end of this block. Great location near parks and thriving downtown with pubs and restaurants!

We felt very comfortable in Cecia's apartment. The apartment was very clean and as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The communication was quick and friendly and we got a lot of valuable tips from her and her husband. From JFK Airport, it was about 2 hours by public transport to the apartment. To get to Manhattan, there are several bus lines, the stops are 2 to 10 minutes away. Near the apartment, there are also many restaurants and bakeries, as well as supermarkets, within walking distance. Thanks for the wonderful stay. :-)

Sergia was a great host! I really appreciated the local tips and the little extra touches, like having croissants for breakfast, which was super helpful since I arrived late and didn’t get a chance to grab groceries. It was really easy to communicate with her, both in person and over messages. Overall, a great spot to stay while I was in town for work!

This was our first trip to Hoboken and we really enjoyed staying at Kelly’s home - Hoboken on Bloom. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and welcoming. It’s centrally located in a safe, walkable neighborhood with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, etc in the vicinity. Despite being in a vibrant neighborhood, Hoboken on Bloom offers a private and quiet place to stay. The bathroom and kitchen are both renovated nicely with updated appliances. Kelly is such a generous and thoughtful host. She is quick to reply to messages/inquiries. She arranged for parking with parking passes for us, which was so helpful. Furthermore, Kelly went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was thought about: the apartment came stocked with plenty of bath linens, complementary bottles of wine, a welcome sign with our names on it, and even supplied us with umbrellas. I would definitely recommend Kelly’s Hoboken on Bloom for any travelers headed to NJ!

Michael was very hospitable, he made me and my dog feel right at home. He was super kind to my dog, and let her run around his backyard. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. There were also miles of trails not even a block from his home.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. Sparta was perfect for a weekend away. It was a short walk away from a beautiful private lake and quiet and relaxing. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

I booked this property as a kind of ad hoc writing retreat. It was the perfect location to complete what work I needed to do. A quick drive into Sparta for restaurants and supplies also made this a great location.

Good location quiet neighborhood. Home is charming has everything you need. If you’re staying with children house has a lot for the kids, games a playground outback and for the adults a hot tub. We were staying while our home was under renovation so we didn’t have time to enjoy the amenities. Lisa is very responsive , and answers all your messages in a timely manner. Would recommend this place! Thank you for hosting us.
