Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Monte Argentario

Posto meraviglioso, molto intimo e accogliente, come essere a casa. Host molto disponibile e gentile nel rispondere ai nostri dubbi. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo.

We had a fantastic stay at Giada’s house! The house is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures, but the view is something you simply can’t capture in a photo – it’s breathtaking. The house was the perfect size for me and my three friends, and it had everything we needed to relax and enjoy a peaceful holiday. The village has a small shop and a couple of restaurants, which suited us perfectly. I hope to return to the house and the village someday in the future! Giada is very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to messages. She deserves a warm thank you for her patience – our flight was heavily delayed and we didn’t arrive until after midnight, but it was no problem for her, and she responded even at that late hour. The house is a perfect place to stay for those who want privacy, to spend lots of time outdoors, and just unwind. Simply a perfect accommodation. Looking forward to our next visit!

La casa è, come si evince dalle foto, nuova e molto curata, arredata con gusto e molto pulita. I letti sono molto comodi, persino il divano letto è accettabile. Se proprio dobbiamo dire qualcosa, il giardino è praticamente inesisteste e la vasca idromassaggio è inserita in corridoio di giardino(però molto curato) dalle foto sembrava di avere un giardino molto più fruibile, ma la vista è impagabile, perfettamente visibile da quasi tutte le stanze e godibile da un bel terrazzo.

Super mooie lokatie en een zeer sfeervol luxe huis met alle gemakken en gezelligheid Vele leuke plekjes in de tuin en dichtbij dorp en strand (10 min rijden) Isolina was erg lief en een erg fijne host. Ontzettende aanrader!

L'hébergement est vraiment semblable au descriptif. Propre, très bien équipé, confortable. La literie est de bonne qualité. Le BBQ d'intérieur avec sa cheminée est super pratique pour de bonnes grillades. Concernant le lieu, c'est très paisible et bucolique. Randos à proximité notamment vers la rivière Farma. Le petit inconvénient est la distance avec les commerces. Il existe une Coop à Monticino sinon ces Sienne 1/2 heure en voiture. Mais on est pas là bas pour faire des courses mais pour découvrir ! Concernant les hôtes, ils sont très réactifs et sérieux. On sent qu'ils cherchent vraiment l'excellence du séjour. Pour conclure, nous recommandons vivement ce gîte pour les amoureux de la nature et de la découverte.

Our stay in Saturnia at FonteNuova was picture perfect. We stayed in the main house and loved every second of our time there. The hosts provided unbelievable recommendations that made our stay even better than we could have imagined. Waking up you truly feel like you were in a Tuscan film. It was the perfect quiet and peaceful location with the ultimate rustic feel. We cannot wait to come back!

We had a great stay with a 4 month old, 1 year old and 4 year old. The older 2 loved the animals, the big sheep dog Baloo was so friendly, he would walk up and stick his nose in your hand. They had a toddler bed which was perfect for the almost 2 year old. They also provided a bag of pasta, sauce, olive oil, some pastries, water and juice! It was perfect to get in late and just want to eat in. They had some toys too that the kids were very excited about. We didn't get to use the pool or Jacuzzi since it was chilly but would love to come back with warmer weather!

We had an amazing four weeks staying at Bellagatta, using it as a base to explore Tuscany & surrounds, and it met all our expectations and more. Bellagatta is a positioned on a hilltop with stunning 360 degree panoramic views, more beautiful than the photos. The annexe that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Air con was useful on the first few days of our stay which were very hot. The property is well situated, 10 minute drive into Buonconvento (not quite an easy return walk up the hill!) which was convenient for restaurants & shopping. Gaetano was a most delightful host, very welcoming, & always taking interest in which towns we were travelling to and providing useful tips for our visits. His property manager, Susil, was also readily available and looked after us with anything we needed , even providing fresh eggs, vegetables & olive oil from the property. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Villa Nobile was exceptional. The villa provided the perfect balance of privacy, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, while offering the comforts and services of a resort. From the seamless transfer arrangements coordinated by Mario to the attentive staff who ensured every detail was taken care of, the hospitality was outstanding. The wine tasting upon arrival was a wonderful introduction to the region, and the fresh, thoughtfully prepared breakfasts each morning were a delight. Having dinners prepared for us and placed in the refrigerator after days spent exploring the town and local wineries was an added convenience we truly appreciated. The breathtaking sunrises and sunsets made our time here even more memorable. We are grateful for such a wonderful experience and look forward to returning.

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

A wonderful stay in the tranquil Tuscan hills; a large family with a ten month old had a beautiful week.

A lovely property in a beautiful area. Sabrina and Antonio were really attentive and kind. Easily accessible by text and also prompt in coming round to solve a problem. Having 3 separate apartments worked well for the extended family and the ground floor was large enough for us to dine together. There are lots of places to visit including many beautiful hill top medieval towns. Antonio and Sabrina were very kind gifting some local Est Est Est wine and a cake for our special birthday. Little unexpected touches like these helped to make it a memorable stay. The weather was not on our side in the middle of April, rain and mist on several days, so it would have been nice to have somewhere inside for us to sit and relax together. A few comfy sofas would have been appreciated by older members of our group. You will not be disappointed with your stay here, no matter the weather!

To start, my friends and I felt so at home from the moment we arrived in Montepulciano. Mario‘s lovely parents greeted us with warm smiles at the gate. As we filed into the home, we were awash with the sense of familiarity, it reminded us of visiting our own grandparents’ homes. From the antic furniture, to the hand crocheted window coverings and pillow cases, we were in love. Mario’s parents started at our visit with a short tour of the home, pointing out the amenities and showing us how to enter the home using the lock box. They poured us a glass of Prosecco and Mario’s mother had a delicious aperitif prepared for us- bruschetta, pâté and their own olive oil. Needless to say, we felt very comfortable and happy at Mario’s family home surrounded by olive trees and views for days. The WiFi worked great, beds comfortable, and just 6 minutes into the town of Montepulciano. It was ideal, the perfect place for a relaxing retreat from city life. Cannot recommend more.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per gli ultimi giorni dell'anno. Siamo stati accolti dall'host, che si è mostrata sin da subito cordiale e disponibile. La casa è splendida, organizzata su tre piani (l'ultimo raggiungibile con una scala a chiocchiola un po' stretta), molto spaziosa e accogliente. Dotata di 4 bagni, uno con vasca idromassaggio ed una piccola sauna, di un salotto, una zona lavanderia, uno studio con pianoforte ed una grande cucina che si affaccia sul bellissimo giardino con piscina. È stato lo spazio ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno in serenità tra amici e visitare i borghi toscani nelle vicinanze. Ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!

The house was better than expected. Beautiful views all around and a lovely walk into town. we spent hours at the spacious outdoor courtyard area and the beautiful pool! Inside all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Everything you may need is there. We would highly recommend!! Thank you Jacopo for being a lovely host!
