Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Monte Testaccio

Giovanni was such a kind and gracious host. He gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area and made us feel at home.

Evgeniia is very responsive to every message / question that I have asked and the house is very clean as well. The house is just a short walking distance from Cipro Metro and there's a supermarket nearby hence make everything convenient. We felt like home staying at Evgeniia's place and she also allow us for early check in as we arrived earlier in the morning. Strongly recommended for everyone that's going to visit Rome ! Plus point is everyday there's fresh pre-packed breakfast for the guests :)

I found the accommodation very comfortable, perfect for my needs. It's just a few steps from the gym I go to, so it's super practical. The area is very residential, quiet and well connected: it is easy to get around both on foot and by public transport. The hosts were really kind and helpful. Despite my plane being delayed, they waited for me to check in without any problems, with great courtesy. In addition to the coffee machine, I also found other useful things in the fridge: a really nice and much appreciated gesture. Communication has always been clear, fast and effective. I highly recommend this place!

I was really happy mit stay at Silvia B&B. The room was exactly like the photo. The location is perfect. It’s only about 5 minutes walk to colloseum. There are a lot of nice restaurants around.

We had a great time at Dario and Diana's. The accommodation is outside the center but many buses are nearby to get around easily. The accommodation was very functional, breakfast is a real plus. We didn't get a chance to meet Dario, but Diana who greeted us was great. We recommend it if you want to spend a stay in Rome!

Marina and her husband are wonderful people. They welcomed us with so much love and energy. They answered all our questions, and we really enjoyed meeting them. We will definitely contact them again when we return to Rome. The apartment is very comfortable, well located, and has everything you need for your stay 100% recommended!

Eugene was such a great host! Since our arrival, he was aware of us, he recommended a restaurant and a local ice cream shop near the place. The breakfast is very rich and always on time :) there was an occasion that we had to leave at 6 am and still left us our breakfast already prepared. The room is very comfortable and the view of the terrace is very nice. Their kittens are love. I highly recommend his place as it is very close to the Vatican and it is very easy to get to the center of Rome, Eugene also guided us about the transport and so we were able to use the bus without a problem. We would definitely stay with Eugene again on our next trip to Rome :)

The location of the apartment we stayed in was in a very good place in terms of transportation. There were grocery stores, souvenir shops, and dining areas in the vicinity. For those who don't want to eat out, there are also the ingredients you need in the apartment kitchen. The hosts are very nice people. We walked to every place to visit, and the location was very nice in that respect. The room, bathroom, kitchen were very clean. If I come to Rome again, I will stay here again.

The highlight of this accommodation is the location, in a beautiful, safe and excellent area for getting around Rome. The property is easy to find, with self check-in and therefore flexible. The room is clean and equipped with everything you need, and Francesca is very kind and helpful. I would gladly return for my next stay in Rome, highly recommended!

I spent some very nice days in Rome and at Francesca and Anna Maria's accommodation. They were very kind and gave me useful recommendations and advice. The place was very clean and tidy; it had everything you needed to have a nice stay. I'd stay at this B&B again!

Great welcome, the bedroom and bathroom are very clean and the breakfast is rich and plentiful. A very quiet home away from the chaos of downtown. I'll be back.

What can I say? In this case, 5 stars is almost too little. Very kind, responsive and attentive to details. We chose the property because in the evening we had to attend a concert at the Parco della Musica and for this purpose the property is perfect. A clean, welcoming environment with everything you might need for the night. highly recommended

Caterina is helpful, kind and welcoming. The room is clean and new and the bed is very comfortable. The room has breakfast necessities, while in the common space there is a coffee maker and tea kettle. The only negative note is that the window door curtain is not very dark, so as the sun rises, the room lights up, but this is not a problem for those who can sleep even with the light. In general, it's a great solution to stay overnight in Rome and I would go back.

Very well located accommodation (near the Colosseum) and at the same time the surroundings are very quiet. Special mention to Francesco, who responded very quickly to all our inquiries. Totally recommended for getting to know Rome, thanks for everything!

Really perfect location, almost opposite the subway entrance. Antonella really wants to be discreet, (I agree with the other comments, we didn't feel like we were sharing the apartment with huge volumes at all) and that you had a great stay. Vouchers for breakfasts at the cafe downstairs of the building that hosts good live musicians in the evening (no noise problem, rest assured, extremely quiet atmosphere in the room), practicality of travel with e.g. the Colosseum 15 minutes max walk, and connection with Termini train station and Vittorio Emanuele metro. Thank you for the Vespa keychains, our daughter loved them 🥰

We felt very comfortable, our host Marysol was so kind, communicative and generous. The place is nice and clean, it is close to the C metro line, by walking 15 minutes you can also reach an A line. I recommend it. Thank you:)
